Never receiving something I paid for
On March 13th, I ordered hair Ella vitamins. I had tracked my package numerous times for the next 2 weeks and it had not been found. On March 30th I tracked it again and it went into the pre-shipment stage but it never left that stage. I have contacted the company by email numerous times and only got a reply from them once, they asked for my shipment order so I told them but this has been about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything else about it even though I have emailed them plenty of times and they don't have a phone number I can call. I warned them about me reporting them but they still never responded back to me.
