I ordered one of their hair pieces. When I received it I was shocked at what they had the nerve to ship out. The plastic hook at the top of the package was broken away (not a big deal…but still). The paper insert inside was torn…and the worst part was a childs crayon drawing on the back of the insert! How could they possibly restock this item like this…then send it back out? It's discusting, and so unprofessional!!!

I sent an email and the photos to them. I received a reply saying their wigs are sent out directly from the manufacturer. They dont send out their own products? Nevertheless, they made NO effort to handle this situation for me. Basically, the way I read their reply was….oh well…too bad, lady! And get this… I had their permission to return it, but they would charge me a restocking fee! Seriously?

Their ugly, cheap, off color hair piece is going into the trash along with the nasty wrappings where they belong! "Trash" being the operative word here!

Bad. Shipping was free for orders over $79 spent. I spent over $100. I paid $40 for next day air only to receive a partial order 5 days later. Then i called for my missing items and was told it wasn't in stock yet. When i received everything 9 days had already past. The quality was very cheap and i asked to be reimbursed for the $40 shipping i paid for next day air? She was rude and said NO. Never will use this company AGAIN.
