I am a stylist and have ordered tape-in,u-tip and clip ins with no issue. ordered a client of mine as well of myself a pair of the halo extensions. Both sets, the wire broke. my clients broke within 5 days, mine just after wearing them only 4 times. very expensive and not good quality. i had the BABE halo extensions for 4 years with no breaks. i wish they still sold them 🙁 wrote them to try to exchange, no reply. tried again and got an automated response. Very dissapointed as I told my client it was always great quality. i cannot fix for her, or return so i feel like as her stylist i failed her.

This is the slowest company ever!! I will NOT order from this company again! They dont send updates on your purchase at all I still am waiting on my items! Ladies order American!!

Ordered over a month ago and still waiting on my package. Very disappointed as I was meant to wear the hair at my son's birthday party!

After purchasing I read horrible reviews. I was getting worried about this being a rip off however, the product was the quality of the price. They did take a while to ship my products and overall it was hard to get in contact with them. I did have to threaten to dispute my charges, but they did come in. They actually came in today. i ordered almost a month ago. despite all of the troubles i had to go through, the quality would good. i鈥檓 not sure if i would purchase again but i would if it didn鈥檛 take so long. They are a bit shiny but one wash can take it away. They are alittle thin so i did have to buy 2 packs.

I thought this company looked reputable! They are not right now they have ripped me off for 130.00 us dollars.
They look like they are from London but thats FAKE. They are coming from China if it comes. I wish i would never have trusted their web site.

Not sure what to make of this! I ordered 14" length and after unwrapping the whole ponytail looking product, it spans 4.5 feet in width!!! No clips, no wires, was this made for a GIANT?? Not something anyone can use as is. Maybe after getting creative with cutting, sewing & installing clips or wires, I can share a few feet with my girlfirends. Again, not sure what to do with all this.

I would give a below 0 rating if possible. Ordered on 12/18/19 and STILL don't have tracking information. They WILL NOT respond to any live chats. emails or phone calls. BEWARE of this company.

I recommend buying from hair extensions.com they came in fast considering the holidays and hold very tightly and matched the color of my hair!!.. I would buy from hair extensions.com again!..

My bank stopped payment until I approved the transaction because they aren't credible, I should've saw this coming. Once I received the order it was the wrong color. You need to know there is a BS 30% restocking fee subtracted from your refund ALSO they are trying to take shipping costs from my refund that I already paid for. 4 weeks later, we are still emailing back and forth disputing the actual total of my refund even though I sent them proof and still no refund. SCAM ARTISTS.

I have order hair from this company. Thinking it was based in the UK.
I paid a lot of money for the hair. When it arrived it was half the value and not not what I had order,

I return the hair all the way to China and and haven鈥檛 gotten back my 拢168.00. I had to pay 鈧?5.00 to return the hair. I paid through PayPal who knows that this company isn鈥檛 what it鈥檚 posting to be. they won鈥檛 refund me my money. I am left without the hair and ripped off but now over 鈧?90.00. This company isn鈥檛 based in the UK. It鈥檚 a Chinese company paying for an ad on google to mislead customers

I ordered 2 sets of 20" tape ins and they for one messed up the order and charged me twice. It took me a week to get a response from anyone and they insisted I was only charged once until I showed my banking records. Once they finally refunded me my package then got lost and they said they'd start a claim with fedex. I was then contacted and told fedex was ignoring them so I called fedex to get informed that it was the company ignoring Fedex ! After getting the claim number from fedex I emailed them back with the claim number saying fedex had informed me there was some miscommunication because both company thought each other wasn't answering to have the lady tell me she'll finally just resend out my package (there was a month of back and forth) at this point I didn't even want the extensions because the company had messed me around so much so I asked for a refund and we went back and forth for 4 emails and each time she just kept repeating "we will be resending the package right away I hope you're okay with it" now I'm still without my $200 and/or hair extensions and Left with a massive headache.

Scammers
Purchased hair. Have emailed with no response. Can't get through on the telephone. It ring and rings then goes silent and I can no log into my account. I have opend up a case against them through PayPal and they haven't even responded to that. Avoid at all cost. Only wish I would have read these awful reviews. I want a refund and will pursue until I get it. Not prepared to be ripped of by these scammers!

This company is a SCAM. I had paid for extensions that were supposed to be 100% remy hair but it is MIXED hair. So half human, half synthetic. I reached out to customer service and sent them pictures to prove this. They did NOT help me, they told me it's my problem that I don't trust them. In the pictures you could see how the synthetic hairs in the extensions did NOT dye and were all fried up. I will alwsys advice people against this AWFUL company and terrible customer service.

This company is a fraud, I placed an order for clip in hair extensions over a week ago and they refuse to give me a tracking number. Every time I contact their awful customer service department they say I will have one within 24 hours. 70 dollars of my hard earned money down the toilet with nothing to show for it. Whatever you do stay away from these scam artist unless you want to lose your money along with your sanity dealing with these people

Not high quailty hair. Feels like doll hair! Be prepared to brush 1000 times a day. It feels like Barbie hair, sheds like crazy and the tape doesn't hold. You'll need to retape them all with higher quailty tape. I am a hairdresser wearing and applying all types of extensions, these are the worst I've seen. The customer service SUCKS.

Bought platinum Blond Lots of Black hairs mixed in.POORLY COLOR TREATED!!! Dry on Ends Halo style with an overly large non elastic band which would NEVER STAY ON HEAD!!. Wanted to send back still dealing with them and Paypal disputing as I requested a pre-paid shipping label. It costs $125 to ship back to China with tracking!!!!! ALMOST THE PRICE i PAID AND THEY ONLY REFUND 70% BACK.

Do not buy from this company. The quality is not 5 star. Products are shipped from China. It took a long time to get mine unlike what their reviews state. I can't add a review on their website. All their reviews are 5 star. Hmmmm….no product is like that. They only give a partial refund and you have to pay postage to send back which the total ends up being more than the original cost. They are not pleasant to deal with and say they made to order and you should send pictures, etc. Sally Beauty sells the highest quality hair extensions I have found. You get what you pay for.

This is the absolute WORST place to spend your hard earned money on hair. I ordered a 24 inch u part wig (body wave). The wig arrived and when I unpacked it, the wig looked used! There were fray hairs sticking up everywhere literally! I called to ask for an exchange and they said the wig was fine and I could send it back and pay an additional $20 shipping fee! The girls on their Facebook and social media ads are paid. The girls who post comments in their wigs are paid. You will NOT receive the same hair. After numerous emails back and forth, and then not willing to own up to their deception, I took to Facebook to question them. They had stopped replying to my emails. They also blocked and disabled me from commenting on their Facebook posts. That shows guilt alone. Am I the only one that finds it strange that they are always having a 50% off sale?

I ordered $300 Worth of Peruvian Hair From this place. I never received the order or they sent it somewhere else. I will never order from here again..You contact them and they dont even care.

I bought this product because they claimed they are selling virgin hair. It is not and you first noticed that as soon as you see the packing. I know quality hair and I know this Isn't it.

I haven't install this hair yet but don't expect nothing but a months or two wear.

This is first time buying from this company and It will be my last.

Not happy at all with this company. Had I had known it came from China I never would of gotten it. To ship back PLUS take a 30% restocking fee is rediculous. And the hair is not at all what it claims to be. Buyers beware! Never ever buy their product. Spend the extra and get real hair !!!!

Took ages to receive order, which arrived after I needed it. Tried to cancel told already been shipped so too late.

Told 30% re-stocking fee plus return postage.
