I ordered wahl clippers from the Hairdoy website in May and never received the product. I filed a complaint with Paypal and Jingu Ouyang from China provided a shipping confirmation that it was delivered in July. I never received it and now am out $60. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a Flowbee system. Was notified that it shipped. Never received the item. Emailed a complaint they wanted to know if they could resend it or did I want a refund. I told them to refund the money. Have sent numerous emails since. No response.

Just like most people during Covid PENDEMIC staying home, I found this clipper for half price and ordered. That was in March, now I'd Aug 1. They send you fake EMS website that works for few days and you won't be able to log on anymore. Website not exist! If you Google EMS regit website with track number they give you, it's not exist but one that send you with email, https://www.ems.delivery Is fake. It doesn't say where package is about like other tracking system, but when it says it's in your area, EMS website disapere. I want this fake company to shut down!! God damn Chinese a**hole scammers again!!

Purchased a limited edition Wahl hair clipper #8509 from hairdoy.com, posing as a US site in Omaha, Nebraska. Did not receive order confirmation upon placing order, thought order did not go through. Contacted site, order invoice was forwarded. A week later I received a shipment confirmation via CHINA Post. Item sat at China customs export in Wenzhou City for 30 days before transport to Shanghai. Requested a refunded due to length of time. Assured it was due to virus. Finally departed China in July. Arrive in San Francisco July 8th, sat there a week before going to sanDiego, finally arrived July 20th. NOT a hair clipper but 5 face masks. Immediately contacted site customer support requesting refund. The response, which included no name or company department or position said it was a warehouse mistake and "how bout we ship the item ordered". I had already reported fraud to my bank and initiated dispute. The website is hijacked, the phone number is listed as AL land line with no person associated, and according to BBB, the address provided does not sell home goods. There are multiple similar complaints.

I ordered some hair products online by this company but still haven't received any of the items for 2 months! its crazy. then i go on youtube to find out more about this company, and it turns out that this site is a SCAMMING website! I dont understand why this site is still up???

As other had complained, this website took advantage of COVID 19 situation posting a Wahl professional hair clipper 8141 at half price compared to amazon and eBay or manufacture. Then after 3-4 weeks they sent you 3 masks via USPS regular mail with the same tracking number they provided you. When you made the complaint they said their logistics made mistake and can only refund you 60% of your money

I went online to order some hair clippers and trimmers. Plus some attachments on May 6, 2020. On June 5, 2020 I received a small package in the mail. When I opened it it was a pack of cheap white facemasks. When I checked the "tracking number" I saw that it said my package was delivered. I put 1 and 1 together and realized I got scammed!
