I don't usually write reviews but I am impressed with the communication with this company and the product. I ordered a 360 lace front wig and usually use clip in extensions… There was a strange smell on the hair tbh, I had a chat with hair exceptional on their website and they told me it was normal and would go away with a few washes, I washed the hair a few times and was very impressed that the hair had little to no change in quality/shedding… so yes, overall i'm very impressed. It's been hard to contact other companies because of COVID etc, so that's why I felt compelled to leave a review. Very good communication and overall good product. will buy again.
