Do not buy this hair y鈥檃ll please save your money . I got my hair last year and on the site it says the hair lasts up to three years okay cool got it and bleached abs plucked the knots and put it on , it was good at first … but hair was literally everywhere omg shedding was unbelievable do not buy it . I paid under klarna and only paid one payment and I will not be paying them back the rest . They keep calling me about paying them and I keep telling them no this is bad hair foh . So I wrote the lady about my hair sent her pictures because oh yeah I had the biggest bald spot ever in the middle of it and she told me 鈥?well maybe it鈥檚 the shampoo you used Lmfaoo I do my own hair how dare you say that . Then threatened to take me to court for not paying yeah okay you will never my hard earned money for that trash a** hair 馃槀馃槀

These are some of the most unprofessional people ever. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT purchase from them i used the number on the instagram page to reach out to them about my order i ordered over a month ago that they told me i would鈥檝e had over 3 weeks ago and i expresses my frustration and concern considering i spent my hard earned money and they replied some crying laughing faces and called me cussing me out.

Guys first things first, I don鈥檛 even want to give them the benefit of one star. They are scam artist. I ordered custom hair through affirm with express shipping ($57), totaling it all out to about $332. I didn鈥檛 realize that since it was custom it couldn鈥檛 be express shipped. However he sent me plain hair….BUT never refunded the initial order. He is very rude, insulting, and unprofessional. He laughs about the fact that he robbed me close to $400 dollars. I placed a order on March 22 I called on March 26th explain that I have a birthday on the 2nd and that I would need the hair a day before or on that day the man I spoke with said call back on Friday 27th so he could see what he could do about express shipping I called on Friday around business hours like he said no answer I called 4 times no answer or call back I assumed they were closed on the weekend so I wait til Monday the 30th at this point I鈥檓 in tears cause my birthday getting closer and closer he then explains to me I should of called on Friday there is nothing he can really do for me without express and then goes on to say my birthday really don鈥檛 matter cause people out here dying from rona mind you I understand but dat don鈥檛 got
$h*t to do wit me getting my hair on Thurs we get off phone my mom sees how upset I am & offer to pay for express ship so I call him right back 15 min later no answer I called 4 more times no answer or call back the whole day I still wait like a clown the next day on the 31st to call to try to get the express ship he rudely answer the phone irritated I鈥檝e been calling all week when he could of just answered on Friday and tells me out his soup coolers I have no choice but to wait for standard ship which can take another 2 weeks and to stop calling I even said if I don鈥檛 get it Thursday I鈥檓 fine with Friday or Saturday this man was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful I don鈥檛 give a damn if all sells are final I want my money back this is such a disgusting company

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off, I have ordered from this company previously and I was rather impressed at the timeliness and quality of the hair I received. So of course I return again to purchase and and guess what?!?!? It's been 30 days and I have not received anything! I called on day 12 because my order was ready for shipment but USPS has not received the item to ship it. Order was placed 2/9/20…shipment created 2/16/20 and that's where it stops. The guy who answer spoke so fast and monotone I couldn't understand what he was saying which I took as very ride because he responded with "that's just how I talk" when I asked. I've emailed, I've called and emailed and called with no response. Finally I text the number 310-954-7564 "where's my order" this mofo responded "please send a professional response to get a response please" EXCUSE ME! I almost lost my whole mind. These people are so unprofessional on soooo many levels. I don't have to talk too bad about them the reviews are true spend your money elsewhere because hair everywhere has really got some s h I t with them. And you wonder why so many of US don't support US. Well there you have it!

No stars should definitely be a option for this ' company ' …. DO NOT ORDER… I repeat DO NOT ORDER from HairEverywhere. I feel shame for being duped by such a trash business. My monies were processed immediately but hair til this day have yet to arrive… sitting in the ' label created ' category at the post office for 2wks… and they haven't received the item to ship yet. This order was placed mid- February… & ofcourse you cant reach anyone. The worst representation of a business I've ever encountered … thank god I used a temporary Visa for this purchase and will be quickly reimbursed soooo… jokes really on them. Dont waste your time contacting these frauds for a refund.. just go directly to your financial institution for assistance when dealing with scam artists like this… the days your item never shipped are all the proof you need.

It鈥檚 February 14th 2020!!! I didn鈥檛 receive my hair I order February 1st I been trying to contact this fake trash company for two weeks this fake trash supervisor /manager keep sending me the shipping policy I highly recommend not ordering from this place customer service is phucking horrible I鈥檓 getting my money back!!! Got the hair 2 weeks after it was suppose to have already been shipped. The hair quality was horrible the closure just completely fell apart hair always tangled and dry. I will never order from this company again I really wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered

im displeased with service i received from this company. they create shipping labels and for days it was not taken to the post office. i asked for a refund because 2 weeks waiting on hair to be shipped that is unacceptable for me. i emailed and called. a person text only from a iphone never picks up the phone.i reached out to them on there comment section on instagram they tried to make it seem like everything was good they deleted my comment immediately. the lady dm me and told me to refuse the order and she can refund but it will be a process and she states that sometimes the post office doesn't scan orders. im disgusted i wasted my money. not sure why they even still have a page up. i will never ever buy from this place again. how do you refuse a order you never got. this company is a fraud. when i expressed what i experienced with this company so many people shared the same testimony and all had horrible stories. Do Not BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I wish I would have read these reviews before making a purchase. They got me for $90 after paying through Quadpay. I鈥檓 so disgusted that I haven鈥檛 even used the hair I ordered. Still in their raggedy-azz bag! They obviously need the money more than I do!! Never again will I purchase from them nor will I ever use Quadpay! I recommend Long Locks Virgin… the service is much better and the hair is amazing!!!

First all of the October reviews has to be fake, I鈥檝e saw more negative reviews than positive, this company is bad at communicating and I鈥檝e asked to have my order cancelled due to all of the negative reviews and still nothing so I may just have to dispute the charges.

This company Is so unprofessional for one, they information on the website, don't match what they customer service people tell them , I ordered custom color unit and I was not aware that it's a extra 7-10 business days. It's the 15th and my order still waiting to be shipped ridiculous , I spoke to somebody on the 310 looking at the reviews it must be todd he insured me that I was the problem and to not order from them again , like overall I don't see how this company is still running , they ignore you on the website and instagram do not order from them .

On September 8, 2019 I have my receipt of my order I placed for my unit $381.88
September 13. 2019 I have Confirmation my order has shipped, as of October 15, 2019 I sti hadn't recieved my unit, I have emailed numerous occasions, finally reaching a lIve person That would "Text Only" to contact a guy named Todd..In which I left A voicemail message and he did return my call to find out what was going on with my order, he ensured me he would have my order shipped the same week of October 15, 2019. TODAY WHICH IS NOVEMBER 14. I just recieved my unit and Its the wrong Dam Unit!! Its not what I ordered and on top of that, Its not A color that I would wear!! I will NOT order from this company again!! I will seek further Action!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is by far the absolute worst customer service experience I ever had. I spent 400 dollars and a good portion of that was because I wanted my hair to be color customized an auburn color. They sent me strawberry blonde hair with patches of red dye stuck in the hair, in those areas the hair was sticking together and hard. I reached out to every number on their website, email, DM, the comment section on their insta. Finally, I was able to talk to someone over the phone, he was extremely rude, he hung up on me, then called me back and promised to fix my issue. Never heard back from him. I proceeded to type in their comment section on insta over and over again. They then DM鈥檇 me trying to argue w/ me. I cut it short and really want nothing else to do with them EVER. I never been treated so poorly by a company I gave my hard earned money too. Very unfortunate but a lesson learned. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY

This company is unprofessional and horrible customer service. Don鈥檛 know about how good the hair is cause I asked for a refund. I contacted them so many times when I placed my order and all I wanted to know was a simple question of when my hair was coming so I can set up an appointment with my hairstylist the owner or who ever runs the Instagram kept ignoring me. There was other people writing under there stuff asking the same thing as me and still ignored. So I asked for a refund gladly I got a refund but the person writing me proceeded on telling me he will sue me if I write a bad review on the company or voicing my opinion with my experience with them. So HERE I AM WRITING MY REVIEW. Telling me I鈥檓 telling lies. How can I tell lies about my own experience this my opinion and I will voice it. The owner spent over an hour arguing with me on Instagram but when I was paying customer couldn鈥檛 take the time to write me back. This is what I mean by bad customer service and just unprofessional

So I placed an order with these guys after coming across them on Instagram. They looked really good and answered all my questions via dms really quickly. The person replying was friendly and thorough and so I placed the order. I spent over $600 on that one order and over two weeks later I have not heard a thing. I鈥檝e messaged the page twice now and they stay posting pictures and updating their story but ignore my messages. I haven鈥檛 heard a thing, my order has not been shipped and everyone is ignoring. Their customer service is THE WORST I have ever come across in my life which is a real shame, cos no matter how good the hair is (if it ever comes), I will never shop there again. They stay ignoring as soon as u give them ur money. I don鈥檛 know if I鈥檝e been scammed I haven鈥檛 seen this on anyone else鈥檚 reviews, maybe it鈥檚 because I鈥檓 from the UK god actually knows, but it鈥檚 a strong no for me.

This was the WORST 3 bundle and a closure i have ever bought. The closure was chopped up . I have never seen anything like that before. The bundles were so thin. I have always used 3 bundles and a closure and never ran out of hair. The shedding is unbearable. I will never shop with them again TRASH on top of that it took forever to get the hair. The company needs to sit down and start over.
