This is a place you want to go if you are getting a simple hair cut or style . I wouldnt Have them do any treatments or big cuts and styles . They seem to be undergraduates working as temps or interns still learning the way. So unless you want to be a muse for them then go right on ahead

I have gotten my hair cut here and only cut here. I love the way they cut and do my hair. They do such a wonderful job and give me everything I want for my hair. They are so nice and sweet and the service is fast. I would probably not go anywhere else. 100% recommended

I am crying as I write this. I just left Hair Cuttery. Quinn cut my hair 4 inches shorter than I ask her to.
Before she started I told her that I was starting a new job n Monday. I also told her that I like my hair long, that I only wanted a couple of inches cut off. The first thing she did was section my hair and about 6 inches off the lower back section. I told her that was WAY TOO SHORT! She said she would leave all the other sections longer and it would not show. While she was snipping (I thought), the lady in the chair next to me was telling me that I really did need the dead ends cut off. I replied to her that I agree, but in 2 in increments every 6 weeks, not all at once. It seems that Quinn can't tell the difference between 2 inches and 6 inches. The front of my hair is cut to the bottom of my neck instead of just above my breast line. The back is cut midway between my shoulder and my bra-line, when it was supposed to be left at my bra-line.
I am embarrassed to have anyone see my hair. To someone that doesn't know how long my hair was, you might think it looks fine, but it is a shock to me because it is not what I wanted. How clearer could I have been? All I can say is that Quinn turned my fun day of shopping with my friend and ready for my new job on Monday into a night of shock and tears.

I went in the Pasadena, MD location for a trim, and now I have to wear a baseball hat until my hair grows back. Worst haircut ever in my life.
