I ordered some hair products but became worried when I subsequently read some negative comments on Hairbb's Trustpilot.
But was happy when I got the correct goods after only 12 days and can only recommend their safe delivery and the cheap price.

Ordered hair products in the beginning of October 2017. Was given a fake tracking number and then told items were held up in customs for four months. After contacting them on numerous occasions was continually told me the products were held up in customs 鈥榥ot my problem. Not my problem. Not my problem.鈥?Is all they said! After 4 months, I charged the items back on American express because they never arrived. By late January and only after I charged back Amex, I was issued another tracking number out of the blue. At this point I was away for two weeks for work. They started to send me threatening emails that they鈥檙e going to call the police because my other items have arrived. They also told Amex the items have arrived when I had not received them. Amex at this point refused to reverse the charge, taking their side back but I still had not had received the items. They continue to send me threatening emails that they鈥檙e going to call the police.

The items finally arrived two days ago but not before the threats happened or the reversal of the American Express charge.

Never use these people they are thieves!!!

Smells different and the colouring is yellow not clear!!

My daughter desperately wanted an eos lipbalm. In Holland, this item is not for sale in stores. It can only be bought online. We ended up at Hairbb and did'nt know what to expect. We are perfectly satisfied! It arrived within 8 day's. I have a very happy daughter 🙂

Item received was not authentic upon comparison to one I already have. Seller denied the accusations. I do have pictures to compare the two items. Seller did however refund my money.

Ordered a Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler from hairbb.com, only took 8 days to USA, and the packing was very well, i recommended.
