Helpful, available, quick to respond, knowledgeable, savvy… one can go on. Anything you need in the real estate business, she knows and can get. First time I stumble upon an agent with such a knowledge of her field combined with absolute honesty and willingness to help you get to the end of your business, be it worth $10,000,000 or $5,000.
