I ordered the pulse oximeter because I thought it would give me a close idea of my oxygen. We are all very worried about this covid. Turns out, it's very accurate! I love it!

The item arrived 1 day early, thank you. It took less than 5 minutes to install and I love it! The water pressure is amazing. I would highly recommend!

I purchased a Tens unit after breaking both ankles within 2 months of each other. My doctor wanted me to pay $1,000 for a "medical grade" tens unit. I was sure I could find something more affordable. I paid $25 for my Gurin Tens Unit and it has worked wonders. I also use it on other areas such as wrists and back and it helps with pain relief. Very happy with the effectiveness and the price point.

Bought a Pulse Oximeter, operates as intended, only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the difficulty of installing the lanyard.

I have been going to therapy and they have been using then professional tens unit on me and I wanted something similar that I can use at home. I purchased my medical pulse oximeter on Amazon. I am so happy that i choose your brand. it is easy to use, accurate and easy to carry in my pocket book. the price was just right for me. i would recommend this product.

The product arrived promptly (Amazon order #113-567726-2592203) and in perfect condition in very protective packaging. It almost immediately displayed easily readable results even in a bright room! It appears to be accurate, based on comparison with my BP cuff. The graphic display seems professional, but it would help if some descriptive information was added to the package. All in all, a good deal at a good price!

A sturdy easy to use device. Clear reading on front of it. Comes with practical carrying case. Happy with this purchase.

I recently bought a Santa Medical pulse oximeter to check my oxygen level on a daily basis. It is a very nice device which shows bright, easy to read digits that helps to see clearly. It comes with a pouch and lanyard to safely protect the oximeter and secure it around one's neck. I received this Santa Medical by gurin oximeter yesterday and I really like it alot. I have a lung problem and I have to test my oxygen everyday and this Oximeter is very accurate. I just received my new pulse ox in the mail. It is so easy to get ready to use. It's a snap. I love it. Took my pulse ox with it the number showed up right away and no problems this is an absolutely perfect product thank you very much

D M This product is fast and accurate and I would recommend to other its great to have at home especially when tested positive for cov-19. This is when you become your own Doctor and Nurse they tell you go home quarantine your self and come back to us when you no longer are able to breath on your own if we can save you that's good if not will collect for cov-19 DEATH.

Seems to work well right out of the box. Price was right! Easy to insert the batteries (included). Great little pouch and nifty lanyard to hang around neck, if desired. Easy to read screen. I like that it shuts off automatically, so you don't have to remember to do so.

This pulse Oximeter is a remarkably easy device to use for checking oxygen levels in the blood. I purchased this device after my spouse was diagnosed with pulmonary embolisms, unrelated to the Covid virus. This device gives both my spouse and I comfort knowing that she is experiencing adequate oxygen profusion in her blood. Thank you for such an easy device to use.

First discovered this neck Gel cold pack at my therapy appointment. Very soothing relief due to the flexible conformity of the frozen gel pack! Ordered a second one for my friend! I greatly recommend this product.

Works great and husbands doctor okayed it

I received a Santa Medical pulse ox from my Inogen at Home concentrator provider. The device works great and is easy to read. Can`t say that about the instructions that were included. The print was tiny even with my reading glasses. Lanyard was a little hard to get through the holes, but I finally got it. I like the protective case to help keep it clean in my purse.

So happy to own this Oximeter that gives me peace in mind. Fast and accurate read. Compact size with its case easy to carry on the go.
