I rented an ARK server that wouldnt show up on the server list. The service agents created 2 new servers for me but they also could not get them to work. "I apologize for this inconvenience, I am working on this" Is what they are trained to say but after over FOUR hours of trying to get a server up and running, everyone gave up and went to bed. What a waste of a weekend game night. Steer clear of these noobs unless you want to waste you time as well.

One of the best server hosting options out there! Definitely speaking from experience since I have used multiple companies over the past 8 years. I've had multiple servers with GTXGaming and they have always been great. Setup time is some of the quickest out there. As far as server quality – very low latency and downtime, as well as a good selection of hardware options. Recently I setup some games that my player base were unfortunately just not enjoying – GTXGaming was there to assist with a free game switch on my server. They will definitely help you any way they can to make your experience more enjoyable.

Also – I would like to give James Knott a kudos for his great work. He has helped me a few times and is great to work with! Fantastic customer service skills.

Been with gtxgaming for just under a year now and I've had nothing but a positive experience. The server has been a breeze to run and operate with only one hiccup with performance, which was addressed and fixed within 30 minutes, even had a tech join my server to check on performance.

Having had awful experiences with previous hosting providers in the past it's truely been a breathe of fresh air dealing with gtxgaming and their phenomenal tech support.

I made the switch from another provider recently and had some issues. It was mainly on my end due to frustration with my previous provider and lack of patience with a more comprehensive control panel. The following day I read an email from a member of the Support staff who wanted to know if there was anything they could do to help me with my situation rather than cancel service. I essentially had a frustrating night dealing with my previous server, and out of haste wanted to cancel. After a very few quick exchanges with Jamie, I decided to continue with the service and was up and running in no time. Long story short, don't let inferior server providers get to you. Come on over to GTX gaming so you can relax.

tldr; The company has fantastic support agents, one of whom being Rui Pedro. He is the sole reason I didn't result in moving to an alternative hosting provider.

To give some context to my review, I was trying to have a certain handler for plugins (Exiled) installed on an SCP: Secret Laboratory server. When I opened my support ticket it was to ask if the vanilla version was installed or an alternate modded version, which resulted in Lee White informing me it was vanilla. I then went on to ask if this could be altered, to which he responded by handing me over to a specialist, John Kramer. He helpfully set me up with a test server that was using an older profile running mod, which unknown to him was out of date at this time. Due to the issues, I was then passed on to an alternate member of staff as John didn't has as much experience configuring this particular game.

I was passed to Rui, who made this what would be a frustrating process into one of troubleshooting and discovery. I myself work within a technical support environment and have reasonable knowledge in this field which allowed me to relay the information that Rui needed, where he then worked hard in putting together an Exiled server. Unknown to me, while we had this issue he then created a new custom profile for SCP:SL specifically to host Exiled and allowed me to test this. This new profile can be used to anyone hoping to achieve the same configuration, as well as giving them easier access to installing it.

On top of being immensely helpful, Rui then granted my account an additional 10 days of service to account for the days we'd been trying to fix it. The experience was highly professional and GTXGaming are lucky to have such a fantastic engineer within their team. I'll certainly look to GTX for any future hosting requirements!

I was looking for a dedicated server service that would allow me to play Terraria with some friends and I came across gtxgaming. Long story short, after paying for a dedicated server for a group of friends and not being dissapointed, I ended up paying for another separate one for a different group of friends. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

Good servers, good support, I've finally found a decent ark server host.

Great, quick service. Ask for a cluster sever and within an hour, had it fully working. Even had to re-open the ticket and ask some related questions, and got a fast repsonse

I've run RUST servers on multiple server providers (obviously not gonna mention their names) and some have been good, some have been catastrophic.

But in terms of server stability, customer support and just easy to use nothing beats GTXgaming.

Just really happy, haven't needed to contact them for any problems, only contacted them when I wanted to upgrade my server capacity and got a reply within 10 minutes and provided me with all info etc.

I worked with Jamie and Robert on this particular issue (clustering my server + a friend's server), but whenever I've worked with any of the GTXGaming folks, the response time has been quick, and my issues are resolved in a very timely manner.
