I sent them probably about 20 emails asking about a custom shop telecaster and they were all replied instantly, they even made me a personalised video and took additional photos of the guitar. i paid nothign for delivery but ordered it on monday at 12pm and it arrived tuesday at 9am!! i live in the mids as well! will definitely use these guys again.
