I've been happy with the templates I've bought at the site, therefore I tried to hire them to adapt one of their templates for me. I've paid 50% of the value, and communication was promising in the beginning. I had such high hopes for working with them. But they suddenly disappeared: No communication, no work done. I'm now trying to get my money back with Paypal's help.
Such a disappointment…
