Poor quality products and weird customer support, they dont have serial number on the units, they asking for the serial numbers, i was only asked them to find the faulty part and i just wanted to buy the part so complete unit is not rubbish. But their customer service "Phoebe" asked me serial number and where i bought it from, then she hasn't replied me back! It is also hard to find their support emails.
Never buy this brand again!
