I decided to get their services for a mobile app for my company a couple of months back. The collaboration was good, I think it was fruitful and I couldn't wait for the outcome. However, there was nothing good that happened afterwards. They were actually the ones who gave a time frame, but nothing materialized within that. I waited though, thinking good things take time. But after a week, I checked the app but the functions were so much different that what we talked about. It just went back and forth from then on, and they still couldn't get the functions right so I just decided to cancel and looked for another instead.

This company creates moody software products that stop suddenly and then start up again. It happens multiple times a day, and there has been little improvement even though I filed multiple complaints.

I do not recommend their services at all. If you do not want to have a bad day dealing with customer support that does not listen to clients then stay away from them.

The software is easy to use but had too many glitches for my liking. After every few days, a glitch makes it impossible to use my system. It hampers my productivity! WORK ON IT!

We decided to work with their system to ensure things were more efficient on our end. The company promised that this will save us on cost and things will be better. Can't say that this is what happened.

We were referred here by a colleague who swore by their services. We however did not get value for our money after using one of their products for a couple of months. I would recommend you do your home work before working with them.
