Excellent customer service,even at Christmas time! Really like my products

Thank you for getting back to me quickly. I haven't tried the product yet but looking forward to it.

I have tried three types of shampoo now. Love them all but my favourite is the brightening shampoo. Great for light/blonde hair. My niece uses the cocoa shampoo for her dark hair, loves it. We both dont like the conditioner for hair but my niece uses it for leg shaving 馃榿 says it's great.
Been using the soap and it makes the skin so soft. Super.

Great products with lovely fresh fragrances. Have a subscription and never disappointed with new products tried. Good personal customer care too. Appreciated the complimentary hand sanitiser included in a previous order. Very happy all round!

Really love the hair products. Got a free trial through Voxi and only had to pay 拢2 for shipping, was a bit sceptical about it at first but thought was worth a try. I have a lot of hair, its thick, long and curly so wasn't sure if the products would work for me especially as I use a lot of conditioner. I was really impressed by the shampoo bar lathered up better than any other liquid shampoo I have used and made my hair feel super clean. The conditioner makes my hair feel nice and soft too and I definitely use a lot less than when I use liquid. It takes a bit more time to get the conditioner through all my hair but I have found it works better as I spend more time detangling and caring for my hair too. Really handy if travelling as so much lighter than the big bottles I usually have to bring and find these bars have lasted a while too , also much better for the environment which was a big plus for me!

I've used the shampoo bars, which my daughter loves. It foams, and delivers great cleaning power. I've tried several different brands (LUSH, Superdrug, etc), but these are the best I've found so far. I'm a very loyal customer and would recommend to anyone. Moreover, at the start of the covid outbreak they starting manufacturing hand sanitizer and delivered this cheaply when the shops were sold out. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

All the products are attractively and simply packaged in 鈥榥o fuss鈥?containers. I particularly like the shampoo bars and the facial tonic.

I was very impressed that, despite being a relatively new business who could have struggled during the COVID pandemic, they offered hand gel at a reasonable price and gave all the profits from these items to charity.

Definitely an ethical business that I will support in the future. The products are all fantastic too.

I鈥檝e tried a few different products from their range over the past year or so – cleanser and moisturiser, sunscreen – facial and body- and the shampoo and conditioner bars. My absolute favourite is the coconut shampoo bar – it has a wonderfully creamy, rich lather which I love – I use it on my hair and all over my body too as a cream body wash. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated and my hair loves it too! All the products I have tried so far are fabulous for my mature and sensitive skin – simple and non- fragranced, I am confident that my skin is going to be happy! The gift selections also make a caring gift for someone special!

The irony of sending me a message to review Gruumon TrustPilot, the day I cancel my subscription. Very poor customer service. Orders don't turn up. No one bothers to respond to messages via their website. Canceled my subsciption

I really like the razors, easy to use and the handle is perfect to hold. The shaving gel is excellent as is the moisturiser and shampoo bars.
All in really satisfied with Gruum, nice modern and affordable.

Love this company! Okay so I鈥檝e only tried their shampoo bars but they are seriously good. I鈥檝e tried a few other companys but it just wasn鈥檛 working for me, then I found Gruum! I was about to give up on the whole shampoo bar thing too. Great value for money, 拢5 for a bar that lasts me almost four months, no more plastic, one hair washing product, I鈥檓 sold! Aaaand they get delivered through your door! Love this company and can鈥檛 wait to try more products!

Hi I鈥檝e recently bought some goods from a company called 鈥楪ruum鈥?and I鈥檇 like to give you all an idea of what to expect.
I have bought the bamboo toothbrush/toothpaste and toothbrush holder. This has a shaped bamboo handle for easy usage and comes with soft bristles, which is ideal for someone like me who has sensitive teeth and gums. I have found it to be essential and now use it instead of my electric toothbrush. The toothpaste is nice and minty without burning and the holder is ceramic and fits in with my bathroom.
I have also bought the shampoo bar and conditioner bar. These are both easy to use as you can either rub them straight on your hair or rub up a lather and apply to your hair, whichever you prefer. These are ideal for travelling as they don鈥檛 need to go in your plastic bag with your liquids so you have more room for perfumes etc.
The last thing I鈥檝e bought is a razor, razor head cover and Soothing shave gel. Again this is a lovely item which comes in a choice of coloured handles and you can even get it personalised with your initials. You have a choice of razor heads depending on how many blades you want. It gives a lovely close shave.
All these items are available to buy on a one off basis or by repeat subscription.
I would definitely recommend this firm 鈥楪ruum鈥?to you all to try.

Good quality products and so environmentally friendly. The product is very practical especially the shampoo and conditioner which last a long time. I also recommend the sun lotion and hand sanitizer.

So far I鈥檝e tried the Brightening Almond and Lemon Shampoo bar and I鈥檓 very impressed! Works into a thick, rich lather and smells lovely and not overpoweringly strong. I鈥檝e only used it twice so far but the bar has not decreased in size at all yet so I am confident it will last for many more washes than the average bottle of liquid shampoo. Love that this modern brand is helping us to reduce our environmental impact (as bars are concentrated rather than full of water like bottled shampoo, plus they are plastic free). I feel the bars will also be perfect for taking on holiday as they are fairly compact (fit in the palm of your hand) and I won鈥檛 have to worry about hand luggage liquid restrictions since it is a solid bar. Looking forward to trying the Coconut shampoo next as well as the conditioner and body wash!

Excellent quality products, a little goes a long way, and made without any nasties. The prices are amazing, and all the products I've used so far have smelled good enough to eat! I've had a couple of orders now, and will definitely be going back for more. Keep up the great work!

Received empty box that was damaged nothing in it. Very poorly packaged.

Gruum is a great British company that supplies men鈥檚 razors of different types but with one stylus handle. The replacement razors are recycled so you can simply send them back to Gruum. I have been using their products since they started up their business a few years ago , one of the best products leave found is the shaving gel which l would say is the best on the market. They do some othe products which l have but haven鈥檛 tried yet.
Give this company a tryout, you won鈥檛 be disappointed.馃槂
