I have been going to this hospital for years. It is a private hospital and most people that go there have a private insurance, so no use to look at prices. I don't have a local insurance so if I go I need to check with my foreign insurance to see what they pay. I was sent to do a list of blood tests. First checked the price, and because it was so expensive decided to look for an alternative. Around the corner of the hospital there is a laboratorium called "Fisiolabor" where you can have your blood analysed. I could save myself and my insurance 144,-! They say; "because your health is from the most importance"….. In any country this is but especially in a poor country like Portugal this is a disgrace.
