Would not recommend them! For the price you pay they are a rip off!! Very unprofessional. Burnt a child鈥檚 ear. Did not do all the things on the list. Still waiting for a refunded, which they offered but have not done!!

Wonderful the children had a excellent time I was so happy for my daughter which turned 8 years old both hosts delivered well am still talking about it. Will be booking again

The luxury chocolate pamper party for my lovely daughter (who turned the grand old age of 8 and jumped on this theme after a chocolate massage in a spa on holiday ?) was absolutely amazing! It was everything we鈥檇 hoped for and my daughter and her eight friends had so much fun. The Grumpy but Gorgeous ladies are brilliant, attentive and great at keeping their guests happy!
The little touches are well thought through and effective. Very happy birthday girl, guests and parents ??

My daughter and her friends had a lovely pamper party, catered by Iyeisha from Grumpy but Gorgeous. In terms of organising the party, I did everything online, a few simple clicks and then everything was looked after by the team at Grumpy but Gorgeous. Nothing could have been easier. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a pamper/spa party.

Had Sunny and Shakira today to run my daughter's 14th birthday party. They arrived promptly, set up beautifully and had the girls entertained and relaxed. The room was left spotless and I cannot thank them enough for a lovely afternoon. Many thanks to both of them and to Naj for organising.

My daughter wanted a spa party for her 12th birthday. Grumpy but Gorgeous made it happen, transferring our living room into a shocking pink and zebra striped haven for 8 gorgeous girls. The girls had a really super time, and the photos are lovely – thank you GBG! I would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Naj for a great Pamper party for my daughter. She had a great day and the children really had a good day. They are still talking about it.

Great experience for my daughter and and her friends enjoyed the day from start to finish I was able to tailer the experience for my needs and they were very accommodating. Very friendly hosts and knew what they were doing and made the day even more special. Thank you would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a spa party for daughters 11th birthday. I would highly recommend the girls absolutely loved it! This was very organised and set up well and not to mention lots of fun.

My daughter wanted a spa party for her 13th birthday and normal spas don鈥檛 cater for that age, the next best thing was grumpy but gorgeous, booking was easy and lots of packages to choose from, we chose the luxury spa for maisie and 3 friends. On the day sonny arrived armed with everything to transform my dining room, she was very friendly and got on with the girls, they all had a fabulous time, with some great photos to remember it by. My only complaint is I felt the treatments were a bit rushed, I felt with only 4 to pamper that more time could of been spent on them. But overall a great party experience. Thank you.

We booked Grumpy but Gorgeous for our 13 year old daughter and 14 of her friends. With the help of the booking agent we booked the perfect spa party for Candice. She loved every aspect of her party she most enjoyed the hair and makeup, not only was my living room transformed but so were Candice and her friends, I had 15 divas by the end of the spa party. Our hosts H & E arrived on time to set up and I didn't have to lift a finger which was very unusual for me! The hosts were polite and approachable which I loved. The attention to detail was on point. I have already booked my other daughters party with Grumpy but Gorgeous and that's in 6 weeks!! My daughters can't wait! Thankyou Thankyou Thank you xxx

Had the 13th birthday celebration for my daughter. Naj and Sonny have been wonderful and so professional. Top 5 star service. This party will not be that successful without Grumpy and Gorgeous party planner….

Very bad service and manners. Cheap party supplies. Robes smells bad. When I complained the woman was not even open about it and she got mad. One of my daughter's friend was crying because the party host spoke to her rudely. I should have searched before booking this company. Loads of complaints from other mum like myself. Search about the company first before booking. Apparently the company is under a new owner however it seems it got worse than before!

So bad you keep faking your reviews. When you get a real one you report it and then automatically you get a new one with good ones? That is bit strange. Why dont you just face the real people complaining about your services and your company? You are trading with a stolen company and is still hiding yourself. You are trading and the company's status is dissolved! You have the audacity to trade and handle parties for children but your company is dissolved! Fake fake fake!!!

BRILLIANT TEEN SPA PARTY

My 15 year old daughter and 8 of her friends really enjoyed the pampering. The Host put them all at their ease and made them feel very 'grown up'. I felt quite jealous seeing all the wonderful treatments they enjoyed! My daughter said it was the best party she had ever had!

No Non alcholholic champagne No scented candles No cuticle tattoos No music No Slippers No party decor in a theme of my choice No ribbon tied towels (just ragged old flannels) Age inappropriate magazines Party photos are just taken on a phone and emailed to you! Face mask is a cheap 拢1.25 tube most likely reused at various parties (erm infection control!!!) I really hope those foot spas are cleaned in between each use. It's nothing special. Oh and Head Office refuse to answer the phone or call back as apparently it's nothing to do with them. Quick to take my hard earned cash though aren't they. More like grumpy and greedy! And lastly – it's cash up front – you know, so you've paid before you notice half of the package is missing. Total Scam!! Avoid!! 拢350.00 wasted. Cheers #JudgeRinder

A superb party for my daughter鈥檚 7th birthday! Our host arrived over an hour before the party and made sure all was ready by the time everyone had arrived. The set up looked fab, all the girls thoroughly enjoyed their treatments and had a great time walking the catwalk at the end. A great time was had by all!
Please do not let any of the bad reviews put you off booking Grumpy but Gorgeous, they are under new ownership and the team now really do aim to please! A+ in my book!

Naj and her team are great and very friendly therapists, they arrived on time and gave excellent treatments that were enjoyed by all 8 of girls at the party.
Overall we are extremely satisfied with experience on a whole.

Holy moly !!! If you want to do a pamper party right for your little girls birthday please use Grumpy but Gorgeous!!! What a spectacular day!!! They were so professional and absolutely amazing with the kids !! I know there are bad reviews on google for this same company and I was a little nervous but the company reassured me that it was under new ownership and I鈥檓 so incredibly happy that I went with them !!! The kids absolutely loved their unicorn themed party and the two girls that ran it were just divine!!! Will definitely recommend this awesome company for pamper parties!!! Just awesome!!! Will be using them again … hopefully for myself haha

Its a scam!!! You will be lucky if they turn up.. and when they do the poor girls who work for Katie the owner will have hardly any of the extras you paid for. The Girl who done our party drove all the way from Birmingham to London!! She also only earnt 拢40 however it would Have cost her more in petrol. Zara was amazing. But the company is a huge scam be warned

Please do not believe any of the positive reviews. These are planted by the company. It's all a scam. Please google the reviews and you will see on Mumsnet and Netmuns dozens of complaints. Was also featured on BBC Rip Off Britain.

A COMPLETE CON!! I would give it zero stars if that were possible. I paid a three figure deposit in order to make by daughter's 13th birthday party (on 25 November 2017) the special one such an occasion calls for only for the company to not turn up on the day leaving 8 teenage girls very disappointed indeed. I was not contacted beforehand to warn me of any cancellation – they simply did not show up and have made no contact with me since whatsoever. They have ignored all calls, messages and emails and have essentially run off with my money. No doubt like earlier reviews they will claim that they have no record of my booking but I can provide a photo of the booking confirmation after payment if they do that. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILDREN'S HAPPINESS. NOT WORTH THE RISK!!
