I ordered a battery powered chainsaw through hotcasing but the company is Shenlantiadong they confirmed my order for a BATTERY POWERED CHAINSAW manual version?? in very tiny writing in what I thought was an icon the battery powered chainsaw turned out to be a chain with a webbing strap each end. Obviously I complained they replied you can send it back but we are in Hong Kong and it will cost you more than it is worth Apparently I did not purchase return insurance which was never offered a total con AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL CISTS

This company needs to be shut down and taken off the internet.
I placed an order with the promise that it would arrive 3 weeks later.
A month and a half later, I was due to move to a different state.
I notified the company of the change and they said there鈥檚 nothing they can do about it since it had already been shipped.
I鈥檝e been in 鈥渃ommunication鈥?with this company for the past 6 months regarding my order. And I鈥檓 finally just giving up.
No refunds have been provided. The order was not re-shipped to my new address. I simply didn鈥檛 receive it.
Their responses seem as though they are automated. Zero empathy or compassion.
Worst customer service I鈥檝e ever experienced.
Avoid purchasing anything from this company.
If there鈥檚 any way possible, please shut down these scammers so that they cannot scam anyone else out of their hard earned money.

Company is total spam. Kept me waiting since February for orthopedic shoes. Then blamed covid. Then gave fake tracking… then said it was lost. When i complained I needed refund said they would send new out LOL. I SAID NO.They argued. It just keeps going. I asked for $ back… they said only $20. (I PAID 32).SO Im going to try to file with my bank… if even possible.

I ordered a license plate solar-powered backup camera that was supposed to transmit via wifi to your cell phone. That was what was advertised. What I got was nothing like what I ordered in their ad. This company is as crooked as a dogs hind leg. Their bait and switch business motto should be considered a crime. Stay away unless you just need to get rid of your money !

Well here they go again ,same poop as everybody else and they get away with it ,advertising tool bags have pirated another USA company pictures videos etc ,surely there鈥檚 something that can be done ,

I have been waiting for a refund since January 2020!!!
I sent about 200 !! emails to them. They respond but this is part of a game they play only!!

If I could not give them a star, I would! I wish I had seen this page before I ordered from them. Everything everyone鈥檚 saying, I am going through it right now. I鈥檝e been going back and forth with them about the item and they offered to only give me $5… FIVE DOLLARS. The item didn鈥檛 come with the complete set that they said it would and it even came damaged. I鈥檓 so upset and disappointed. They won鈥檛 even meet me in the middle and give me back half.

Ordered a rivet kit, which included riveter and rivets, rivets arrived without the riveter, paid $32us, rivets worth $5us tops

The product took adges to arrive, was in the wrong colour and too small (it was a collapsable stool which I intended to use myself, but it's a child's size). The quality was so poor, it didn't reflect the prize.

Awful misleading procrastinating team of humans (?) lead you in endlessly by providing fake tracking, then saying your package was lost and 鈥渃laim鈥?a new item is shipping out soon.

I have read many reviews and all are true about this company. They are not listening to my complaint because they just don't care! You will never get a refund or an exchange, because they don't care! They tell you to give the items away or sell them to someone else. I tried to get help from PayPal and they told me to talk to the seller! I have been Scammed!!

This is a scam. I ordered shoes from this company in the beginning of April. I still haven't received them. When I checked the tracking number, there is no record of it, with any carrier. Please don't order anything from these people. I don't even know how to get my money back.

I have just read the reviews on this so called company and wish I had done it earlier. I received a completely different product to the one I ordered and on complaining was also told to give it as a gift or to charity. They should not be allowed to trade as the whole operation is just a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I got the same response from the company as everyone else. They told me to give them away, wanted me to take pictures of my foot and the shoes, etc. Months of run around. Eventually one of their people gave me this address above. The shipping cost was quite expensive and when I emailed that I would be sending them I got this response:

Total sham! Do not order from them. I reported them to econsumer.gov.

I wish I had looked for reviews before buying from these charlatans. They know their product is worthless – they don鈥檛 want them back. I have been emailing them for almost four months now, on an almost daily basis for two of those months. Their business is not selling shoes – it鈥檚 cheating people. You can鈥檛 even tell from their website that they are in China. They are very deceptive. Do. Not. Buy. From. Them.

WARNING! DO NOT order from this company no matter what glowing reviews you have read. This certainly is not an American company! I ordered two pair of shoes in the size that I wear but when I tried them on they were too small. I emailed them for a return mailing label. They responded for me to send pictures comparing their shoes to mine AND MY FOOT, which I did. They claimed to have sent the size I ordered which is correct but they sTILL didn't fit. I asked that they send me replacements in a larger size instead of returning them completely. They ignored that request and suggested that I give them to charity or a friend. I wish I had checked them out BEFORE I ordered, Lesson learned!! Those of you who are satisfied, you were lucky! I will also report them to the BBB so they can鈥檛 scam someone else!

This company is a rip-off. I received two RIGHT shoes. Customer "service" said they would send replacements and refund $3. I have received nothing. Now they say I agreed only to the refund. The cost was $40. Their phone number doesn't work. This is a total scam.

The shoes are plastic and fake. I got 2 different sizes and the person who was in charge didn't want the shoes back. The person was attempting to persuade me to give it as a gift. Overall this company is trash. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

Shipping was extremely slow, I was unhappy with the look and fit, after many emails Jennifer is still unwilling to send return address to me, Advice to anyone interested customer service is a joke, fast and easy returns is a basic untruth . Save your money.

Shoes I ordered were plastic and nothing as appearing in website picture or advertisement. They claimed the shoes were leather, and were so horrible looking. I have been in contact with somebody named RonniePoss and have yet to receive an address to return the shoes to. They keep trying to negotiate a deal, like a $2.00 refund when I paid 29.99 for the shoes. This is a scam, do not order from this company as their customer service is not what they claim. I went so far as to tell them I don't care how much it will cost to ship them, and they still will not provide an address to return.

sharing same experience as unhappy. Received the wrong size and cost to return is greater than goods received.

No response to several emails concerning the return process/address of the cute shoes I ordered. They were too big. My fault, but now I want to exchange them or get a refund. I'm not out a whole lot of money, but be warned! They say that they allow returns, but then make it impossible to do so. No proper return address on the packaging, either.

I would not purchase from this place again.
First, I did not know my package was coming from china.
Second, it looks like I have 2 left feet.
Third, they do not stand behind the no hassle returns. They just keep telling me to give my shoes to a friend and that it will cost to much to send back. Unreal, i鈥檓 out 60 dollars, but lessoned learned.
Do not get scammed by them. Take it from me.
My next step is to report them as fraudulent.

this site is scam I wish i would have looked at all these ratings before i fell for this scam. no answer to my emails regarding returns, sent me wrong size and they look nothing like the picture, The 40 dollars I spent was a cheap lesson learned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
