The website gru.com is the website of the City of Gainesville, Florida Utilities Company which should always be clean. They also run their own .net on the web for customers to signup and use so they have their own IT staff. Although I personally don't like to use this site (having to pay utilities – joke:) I wouid have to say that it 100% safe in all areas.
