This is my first negative review of any service provider. I've waited for 2+ months hoping against hope that better sense will prevail with the Growthlever.io guys and they will refund us, but alas!

We hired these guys for doing lead generation and paid $2095.80 upfront for a quarter for two campaigns. Ellie Francisco (LinkedIn com/in/ilyne-francisco), their Director of Sales, sweet-talked us and promised to even help us hire Sales reps in the Philippines since we did not have the bandwidth to manage the two campaigns together. Once we paid, the communication went downhill. They would take days to respond to initiate the campaign. Ellie Francisco, their Director of Sales, started being elusive and evasive. After continuing to push them to deliver the service we paid for, we asked them to refund. They refused despite not even delivering the service they were hired to do. We requested a call but no one responded. We hired them to hit our 2020 Q4 goals, but after all the sweet talk and promises, they did even start the service. Ellie tried to argue that they have no refund policy which does not apply since they did not even start the service. It has been two months now that we requested a call with their Management but have not heard from them. We are starting legal proceedings against them.

These guys are scam artists – who disappear once they get the money.

This is a total scam- do not waste your money on them. I did not get 1 single lead over 2 months, and could not even get them to reply to my emails after taking my money. After month 1 of no leads and no evidence that they actually were sending any messages, they offered me a 50% discount to continue, so I agreed. Then another month went by with no leads, and no proof that they were even working on my account. I actually think this is a scam so I'd save your money and go with a legit company. I even talked to Bryce the founder, but I think they are just taking money and using it to build their MVP instead of doing any lead gen work.

Save-time, stop cold-calling and engaged in more warm conversations. These are my top factors for leaving a 5-star review. The cold outreach process is incredibly tedious and rejection-filled. Thank you to GrowthLever for making this process easier!
