I ordered a kit from them, the tent zipper is coming apart. The inline fan had a really loud humming noise and an annoying rattle, the clip fans started vibrating and humming within a few weeks.
If that wasn't enough, the carbon scrubber was total garbage, as soon as my plants reached 4 inches in height, the smell started coming through the scrubber.
When I reached out to support, their response was that their equipment is usually great and that it might be defective products.
On their website, they claim to ship discretely, but they sent everything in the original boxes, clearly showing the contents of each box.
I was eventually forced to change/repurchased all the parts one by one from a more reputable vendor on Amazon.
I tried on several occasions to leave a review on their website, but they "moderate" or filter the reviews, not allowing any negative reviews.
They are not trustworthy, don't waste your money on these guys. I recommend AC Infinity on Amazon, much more expensive, but extremely high quality products, and well worth it.
