Ordered three items in June 29, got one in August. In beginning of October I was in contact with support and was told to order two order items since the original were out of stock. Now it's December and the e-mail to support just return, the adress is not valid. And on the website it is impossible to send a message since the captcha code never works, tried at least 20 times. So this is a fraud company, do NOT send any money!!

Similar experience. Customer service is horrible and one big scam. Emails are badky written English and most likely google translated from Chinese or other language. Ordered in October and ongoing excuses on why it has not been shipped. Never again.

2 months, no item arrived, multiple e-mails same answer be patient-Tried to cancel order- system didnt work. Now contacting authorities and bank. Scammers for sure- watch out for their Facebook ads.

Terrible service!!!! i ordered in mid October and have been getting the run around ever since. I asked to cancel my order before it is shipped and all they will offer is a store credit. Over six weeks now and have had to file a claim with my bank to reverse the charges.

On October 16th I ordered vest Number SP4RN2ON0O8 (in 2xl). When I didn't get a tracking number I was told (on Nov 9th) that the product has been discontinued even though it is still on your website. I then changed my order to SPSQ3Q8JDRP (2xl) and again did not get a tracking number. On Nov 27th I was told that the tracking status was unavailable. When I checked again on Dec 5th, I was told this product was also unavailable.

I ordered a waistcoat from this company months ago and checked its progress and it was despatched. nor sure which planet it was heading for, certainly not Earth! Still has not arrived

6 weeks went by and nothing had arrived. e-mailed to cancel the order and requested money back. 4 people had e-mailed back with some stupid excuses, basically giving me the runaround.

Order an item from Growice and after 3o days got an e-mail from Mrs. Erika saying…
"Thanks for your contacting and sorry for not replying in a timely way.
Sorry to tell you that your order is still in process and we are sincerely sorry for the delay.
During the peak season, there are a large demand of our products, so we may still need at least 5-12 days more to process your order though we have tried our best to speed up.
As a compensation for all delay and inconvenience, we will ask our colleague to put your order process in priority and arrange the shipment to you as soon as we can and you will receive a shipping notification email with shipping information (items have been shipped& tracking number& tracking link) after we send your order out.
Please do not worry and wait patently."
and I am still waiting. The problem is that their WWW site does no longer exists.

Horrible beyond compair.
The quality is so poor that you would't even use it for a costume party… Without compair the worst garment I've seen in my life.
Pictures on their website cannot be trusted.
I have simply nothing positive to say.

Facebook Ad. (always questionable). Ordered an item. 33 days have passed so far and no sign even of a dispatch let alone delivery. They appear to be selling goods that they have no stock to cover. Email chasers are always met with polite replies which say nothing and promise less. Avoid.

Ordered two items after seeing on a Facebook ad. 20 day delivery window passed, I gave them more time to deliver but eventually them asked for refund and was fully refunded to Paypal. Don't know if this firm is legit but recommend using a payment method that enables a full refund (like paypal) in case things go wrong. Shame, as I really wanted the goods.
