Same story as others. Do it yourself wreath ordered 2 weeks ago but no sign of it. Very disappointed.

My friends and I all bought a wreath making kit so that we could all do it virtually together instead of having a Christmas night. After two weeks none of us have received it. There is no telephone number for this company only and email address. My email, at first was answered quite quickly, my friends email has never been replied to. Another got the same generic email that I did, apologising for the wreath not arriving and they would send out another one. I don鈥檛 think they鈥檝e been sent at all! There are 4 of us and we鈥檝e all received nothing. I replied back to the email I received but I鈥檝e not had a response. Stay well clear!!!
