Was easy to order and have had some good deals however not always quick delivery . Overall ok

They sent me a broken product and never give me a refund!!!!!!!

I made a fully refundable cancellable hotel booking for the month of April only to see that I was not able to go on Holiday at the time booked. It was hell to try to cancel the booking! The link for cancellation did not work and trying to contact them was a nightmare – no chat or phone number. Finally, I sent a mail to the Customer service and was told I would be refunded in vouchers which could be used on Groupon! I had to insist on a refund on my bank card!! Never again!

Horrible!! They owe me 35 euros!!! I booked the batobus deal and the reservation system didn鈥檛 work. The next morning it was marked as redeemed and i never used it!! And it was cheaper for me to buy it from batobus directly!! Stay away if you want to keep your money!!

If I could give this company a – star I would. Bought a Scooter 茅l茅ctrique for 430 euros. It arrived with one wheel, battery and no handle bars. Maybe I could train to be a circus act. Customer care is practically non existent, I have tried and tried to sort it out, but getting nowhere. This company should go to prison for theft for what they are doing

Another disappointment of groupon, newer again they're full of sh****t…..

Do not buy anything from this site, they are useless. They use Premier Deliveries charge you a separate payment 拢29.99 direct to them and then nothing !! I mean nothing, Have no e-mail contact and no customer service. I tried to log back into my Groupon account to cancel the item I've been waiting for delivery for 3 weeks and it says I'm not registered and asked me to sign up!!!! Worth losing the 拢100 I spent just not ever to use them again.

Terrible customer service, they don't even bother replying the reviews here ….

I would say their customer service is deplorable, but it doesn't even exist. No phone number, no live chat. Nothing. How is this "company" sustainable in this day & age? Quite remarkable.
