Don't use Groupon. Seems they don't have any control over their shippings.
I have ordered barbeque over 1 month and I never got it. The response I get is saying that I need to wait for 10 more days. It was already extended twice so I believe they will play this game until summer is over.

Crooks !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!
Paid my money for 4 henry vacuums , totally almost 拢400 . I never received voucher/coupon , i chased and chased them for 3 months , after which i was told the voucher/coupon had now expired. A voucher which i had not received !!!!

Refused to refund me and even to this day i still haven't had my money back . ( That was over 3 years ago ) . When asked where my money had gone the women on the phone quite abruptly said its gone ! . This company operates under USA law so our UK law can't do anything . BE WARNED !! no matter how good the offer , holding on to your money and purchasing it elsewhere is far better .

The Groupon partner did not reply to any of our calls and emails. When trying to reach out to Groupon.de about it we received no reply on our email nor could we find any contact information…

Just wasted a lot of money and a present…

Crap! They didnt send my order which was visible on my account. The robots at customer "service" (4 of them!!) told me it's a system error and my order was shipped a week ago with DHL but (sic!) somehow there is no tracking number for the package. After 9 days after the order (the deal said 2 days) I receive an email saying my package was sent TODAY (a week later than the lying bots told me) via DPD and I received a tracking number. Whatta friggin coincidence. Shame the kids will not receive the Christmas present they wanted… Let's see if they give me my money back including the shipping both ways, as there will be no chance to give the present this year any more so I have to send this crap back…

Ordered on the 3rd of November. Contacted them 11 days later why my package had not been sent. They said that I shouldn't complain because their terms said they would ship within 21 days. I checked their terms and they stated 14 days. I pointed out that their statement of 21 days was incorrect and that I wanted to cancel my order and that as a consumer because I wasn't happy with their service. According to E.U. law, as a consumer I have the right to cancel my order for a full refund within 14 days regardless of reason. They did not honour my request to cancel the order and simply said it was too late for cancellation.They shipped my order three days later. Groupon seems to be just another wheeler dealer, man in the middle party that doesn't keep any stock of goods of their own, but rather when you order something from them, they forward the order to another company that actually has the item and handles your order. Their website suggest otherwise. They lied to me, processed my order very slow and did not honour E.U. law when I asked them to cancel my order and provide a refund. I shall never do business with these crooks again.

Terrible customer service. I contacted live chat and emailed Groupon to resolve an issue with a link they sent me. They do not read or understand your questions but seem to just send preprepared answers that have no relation to what you are asking.

They also tried to fob me off telling me to change browsers, wait an amount of time and try again … none of that worked. Why can't they just send me the correct link again?

Absolutely useless customer service. Extremely frustrating to deal with. You get the feeling they don't know very much, they don't listen at all and they don't even really care.

I ordered 2 pet mats for the dogs to lay on for a cold tile floor. Instead I got a fantastic deal on 2 miniature violins. Now what the hell am I going to do with them? I know, return to groupon, right? Well, no return label and they have discontinued customer support. DON'T BUY FROM GROUPON.

I ordered two watches, they were not delivered within 14 working days as mentioned and the customer service had no idea where the order was. They kept me waiting till a month and finally as they arrived they were not working any more.
And they did not care to reply when i send them a complain about it.

I bought Stella White strips at Groupon. Two days after I used the first strip I got really heavy stomach aches, most likely due to the strips (as I didn't eat anything abnormal during those two days).

I contacted Groupon, who told me to contact Stella White. They would pay me back my money as soon as I got the confirmation from Stella White. I then wrote several e-mails to Stella White, without any reply. I contacted Groupon again to ask if they could help me getting in touch with Stella White. I then got a reply thanking me for my effort to contact Stella White and how they also tried several times (I doubt it) to contact the company. At the end of the e-mail was written how they will now close my case as they have tried to contact the company, and that's all they had to do.

So, now I have: no contact with Groupon as they've decided that they were done bothering about my case, after -so they say- putting in a lot of effort to contact Stella White, still no answer from Stella White and no money back. Conclusion: bye bye money. 10+ for customer service!

Vor 4 Jahren noch eine gute Sache mit 1-2 Deals pro Tag. Jetzt wird man mit meist dubiosen Angeboten zugem眉llt; z.B. Gutschein f眉r ein Restaurant Normalpreis 30鈧?f眉r 1 Steak f眉r 2 Pers. jetzt 15鈧? Geht man dann auf die Internetseite des betreffenden Restaurants, ist das teuerste Gericht auf der Karte 12,95鈧?

Die AGB麓s wurden zum Nachteil des Kunden ge盲ndert. Gutscheine sind laut Gesetzt mind. 2 Jahr g眉ltig. Bei Groupon teilweise nur ein paar Monate.

Mehrfach habe ich um L枚schung meiner Daten gebeten auch mit Personalkopie per
Brief. ich erhielt nach einiger Zeit eine e-Mail vom 11.09.2012,alle Daten w盲ren gel枚scht.

Bieten und wenn genug Leute mitmachen dann erh盲lt man den Gutschein. Gute Idee, aber leider ist vieles davon frei erfunden. Gutscheine werden in den verschiedenen Restaurants/Spa usw. nicht angenommen oder man bekommt ein Mini-Men眉 oder nur die H盲lfte des Service, wo man f眉r 10 鈧?mehr das doppelte bekommen h盲tte. Nach Anmeldung totaler Scam! Ich halte hierzu ab jetzt gro脽en Abstand
