Undelivered goods
Ordered a product in April which has still not arrived. Despite numerous emails they keep giving numerous excuses, which get repeated after a number of emails, and refuse to give a refund.

Having an ongoing problem with this company,first the DELIVERY was delayed, then arrived DAMAGED,then when I asked how to return,was told it was on it's way,even though it had arrived DAMAGED.
Sent photos as requested,of DAMAGED goods,was told it was going to be passed on to the ESCALATION team, and then after waiting 5days as asked, asked for an update, and, was sent a tracking number, so back to the beginning again. This has been one of the most incompetent companies I have dealt with,and,after explaining again,Im back with the ESCALATION team, Wish me Luck
