it would be nice if you explained the shipping options better – what is the difference between regular and standard for instance, what service do you use (especially for expedited – i.e. USPS/FEDEX/UPS?)

Shopping was made very easy. Very fast delivery. Husband was very amazed on Christmas Day when he tried it out on dog. We did notice it's something you want to do outside.

It was easy to find what I was looking for. Hope this product arrives ASAP because I own a horse that has a hard time shedding and we need to start now as weather is getting warmer and humidity is already bad!

Website easy to use, shipping cost slightly more than expected, well made solid product.
Works well for 2 out of 3 cats, doesn't do much for the long coat cat, but pulls a lot of undercoat fur from short haired cats.

I've only briefly tried it on one of my two dogs. I was impressed with how easily it removed the loose hair.

Noticed you don't take PayPal and you should consider that because many people use to pay online. Can't say if I'll buy from you again until I get this item and I'm satisfied.

I have a labradork who sheds constantly. I was skeptical, but am over-joyed with effectiveness of this brush. It is unbelievable how efficiently Ninja removes loose hair. No need to stop and clean out a brush. Hardest part is getting my dog to rollover to brush his other side! I've already told my friends with shedding pets about it.

Worked like magic, got a whole other dogs worth of hair off our German Shepherd! Was a great price and came quickly. Very happy with my purchase!!

It does exactly what you said it would. The only thing I wish was different, I wish you had made this 12 years ago when I first got my dog. It would have saved me years of nightmare shedding experiences as she has been a medical alert service dog and being covered in dog hair is not a good look.

I was skeptical but have really seen great results with this product. I have a King Charles Spaniel and this has great improved the shedding and undercoat problem. Highly recommend this product.

Bought the 3 brush combo, I plan to keep the small and medium brush and the large as a stocking stuffer. These brushes deliver exactly as promised and I'm delighted with my purchase. Highly recommend brushes! I have a Great Pyrenees and a Aussie, both have huge amounts of hair and both love this product. Thanks Ninja, I plan to purchase more as additional stocking stuffers!

I absolutely love this product. I have a pit mix and a full blooded lab and although it doesn't do much for my pit since she doesn't she'd much, it works wonders for my Lab. If you're on the edge of whether you should buy it then just do it!!! It is 100% worth it
