They are scammer. Without my notice they start taking 49 euros while as I bought only one time of 5 euros. I don鈥檛 think I have sign any contact of memebership. I even didn鈥檛 know that they have made an account of me to charge money. I am so made and this is not a way of making money. This is like stealing money .

I had the same problem plus the product never arrived! Did someone get a refund? Is it possible?

Stuck to subcription when buying a product.

I found them through Google Search and came on their product page. We bought an item and they charge us monthly subscription with it. After 2 month we noticed it.

On the their product page they didn't mention anything about the montly subscription of 鈧?9. The subscription is only mentioned on their terms and homepage, but most consumers know Grootwinkelen through a product page. The fact that they also didn't mentioned the subscription on product page, check out pages, confirmation mails and invoice, means that their business model is based on MISLEADING consumers!

its true that they are scammer ,why i would like to give them permision to steal me money each month for 49 euro dont buy anything from here in case u want to lose ur money very bad business

It is stated somewhere in the terms and conditions that you are paying this amount as a membership to their "buyer's club"
