Grolen Computers

I brought my 4-year-old all-in-one computer in to Grolen Computers and was told by the owner that these are typically hard to repair due to lack of parts so I'd be better off ditching it and getting a new system.

I'm thrilled that he was honest with me instead of charging me the $79.95 diagnostic fee and then telling me he couldn't fix it. So, instead of getting a one-time payment from me, he now has a customer for life.

Brought in an older laptop (8 yrs) and asked if they could fix it. They said to old. I asked if they had refurbished, they did and we bought one. The staff was very helpful explaining the problem with the old and what the new one could do. I'm a senior citizen and they even helped me down load Microsoft office. This was not the first time we had gone there fir service and each time they were very helpful and had great patience.

amazing company. My son built his own computer and we took it to Grolen for them to double check the build. They found 2 errors that could have been expensive, they fixed them and got the computer up and running very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Great service, lovely people and a great retail location. We will be back!

Came in to buy a used desktop. The associate was very accommodating and went out of his way to give us a result we wanted. It was a great deal in the end and a great experience.

I brought my laptop computer in for a memory upgrade and spyware removal. The work, while not cheap, was professional and completed on time. The techies can be a bit curt and nerdy, but overall it was a good experience.
