And unfortunately, the service is not good at all….
Despite a correct and well specified delivery address directly in the order, this seller managed to send the package to the wrong address…
I then sent an email to ask to correct their delivery error – delivery is not free! Unfortunately, I didn't get an answer….
I had to call after 3 days to ask to correct their delivery error… BUT the manager told me that it would take about ten days for the package to return home or that I had to travel 80 kilometres to pick up the package at the post office!
Of course, I did not accept, the manager then told me that he was cancelling the order and cut off the communication!
So if you need to order Touratech products, prefer to order them in Germany or France!
