This is an edited post: I managed to get hold of the proprietor of Groms Garden Supplies after a long time telephoning and emailing. Eventually I managed to speak to Graham and was able to sort out my concerns and misunderstandings.. I appologise to him for my previous post which may have been a bit harsh, but was done out of frustration and anger at the time. I hope all is well now, and that I can give Groms Garden Supplies a better review when I finally receive my item. When I do receive my item I will post again and confirm the value of the service.

Ordered garden storage from this company, arrived next day, i even got an email from the coriour company about there intensions of delivery, i can not fault this company
