We purchased Grohe faucets for the kitchen 20 years ago and for a bathroom about 8 years ago. Those were the days when grohe still made decent product.
We had a problem with the bathroom shower faucet, such that we do not have a shower, and so i sent an email to Grohe.ca for assistance in identifying what part i need to replace. That was a week ago. tick tock tick tock. i guess they have closed the customer service department to save money.

I have made an email inquiry three times now over a five to six week span & have yet to hear anything back. That clearly demonstrates beyond awful customer service!! They state someone will reply to you but they only have people working within normal business hours. I get that, but after three emails & six weeks…..really!? The faucet purchased continues to drip & they continue to demonstrate terrible customer service.
