After a long time of searching i found my room in a shared apartment in Milan with Gromia.
The administrative part went very smoothly and for the signing of the contract I visited the agency in the office.
I am more than satisfied with the apartment and the service of the agency and i can completely recommend it!

As an international student moving to Milan, I was a bit wary and overwhelmed by the apartment search. Gromia simplified the process. The office shuts down for half of August, which happened to be inconvenient for me, and they are a little slower than I am used to with some of their services. Still, they have been helpful with lease translations and the legal aspects, and they have definitely been trustworthy.

I rent flat via Spotahome, but a landlord of the particular flat is Gromia, so I am dealing with person with Gromia for all further steps. All communication is fine, except that I do not have an answer on email or telephone call (finalizing contract…questions regarding a flat..) for a few days, for the last one I am still waiting for reply on email sent on 28th June.
