The team on the day were great. Supportive and enjoyed a good chat.
I did feel though my original consultation felt more like a sales pitch rather than a consultation. As this kind of process is still very secretive for men, perhaps a more softer sell rather than a matter if fact direct approach would be better suited.

The after service has been great. I do think though the after op booklet could be more specific. How long do I need to keep my head elevated? When can I towel dry my head? When can I use a hairdryer? These little questions may be good to add in.

I give DHI Brisbane 5 Stars. I had two smaller 750 FUE treatments with another specialist in 2016 and 2017, in both instances I had some issues with the procedure and recovery, and was left with a small improvement, but with an unsatisfied total outcome. From the first phone call to DHI Brisbane I felt confidence, and the promise of good service and the best technology was demonstrated at every interaction. The confidence I felt from DHI Brisbane encouraged me to have a 3000 FUE and one week after the operation I couldn鈥檛 be happier. The extractions from donor area were much less intrusive, with faster recovery. The quantity of implants is great, and also very quick to heal. The FUE surgeon does all of the extracting and implanting (unlike the other specialist), the tools used are far better, especially with recovery time. And everyone was incredibly helpful, encouraging and thorough. The aftercare booklet (new) needs a little upgrade, as the pictures do not reflect the stages of recovery at each day. As well, there is room for improvement with attention to detail with recovery instructions re: medical (my experience), however I had additional medicine due to previous surgeries. My only other tip is to ask for extra white bandages to help keep the donor bandage on for the first and second day (just in case), and ask for a demonstration of how much anti-bacterial cream to use on the donor area. All-in-all I give DHI Brisbane 5 Stars unreservedly, and happily encourage anyone thinking about FUE to make the effort for DHI Brisbane. DHI have the technology and the business, but it鈥檚 the staff that make DHI Brisbane top notch, including Skye, Donna, Dr. Rukshan, Kim, Aroha, and Lynda. I couldn鈥檛 be happier. I still have 1500 to 2000 potential hairs for FUE in the future and if I need to put some finishing touches to the job, I will be booking into DHI Brisbane, and hoping all of the same staff are still working there. Right from the beginning Donna Moore at reception, helped me over the phone and always made me feel cared about and was always flexible with appointments dates.

Dr.Rukshan was the perfect person to perform my surgery. He and his amazing team (Zoe Connolly and Anita Neth), immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. They were professional and listened to what I wanted. Although the surgery took some time the team made it fun and painless.
