Tyler is always encouraging and is so committed to his clients. He is there to not only help me with proper form & technique, and to achieve my fitness goals but he also teaches a better way of living to be healthy. Every day is not easy – but when you have an accountability partner in your corner – anything is possible!
He stresses that it is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. I really enjoy the variety & challenges that he puts into his workout sessions and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a health, diet, or fitness goal.
My fitness has increased noticeably and Ive seen improvements in my overall strength & endurance, my weight loss, and my muscle tone.
