GRIM

Been using grim for a some time now and the quality does not meet the expectations. Yes, it's ugly vegetables, but they are also old, non-locally (high co2) and low quality. So far I have had to discard 25% if the produce. K酶benhavns f酶devaref忙llesskab is all what grim should be, just a little better.

Great fruit and veg, the diversity of vegetables is encouraging me to expand my cooking repertoire 🙂

Amazing idea! Everything is fresh, super tasty and crispy. Not only you fight the food waste, support local farmers, but also you have a chance to try different selection of delicious fruits and veggies every week. And the customer service is top! 馃挌

Great concept but lot of issues with the service

I really liked the concept, products are good quality, it force you to be creative the way how to cook some vegetables. You make discover with new vegetables sometimes.
But I had so much delivery problem! I don't even count them. One more time, this week for no reason, I didn't receive my box.

You are the only one to propose this service or maybe the only one I heard about. But I'm really frustrated and tired to contact way too often.

Lovely concept and good quality food, delivered at your doorstep.
But – the customer service is very unprofessional and full with mistakes, so don't expect the boxes to be delivered the week you order, or to get a meaningful response when you contact the customer service 🙁

I love my weekly box. It鈥檚 like a weekly food adventure.

The Grim box for 2 persons was surprisinly big and the seasonal veggies not as ugly at all as I expected. A box delivered to the front door makes me every time so happy.
Chancing the deliverytime and other things was easy as Carolin and Petra were so flexible, helpful and fast to reply. Such a great service, I highly recommend!

Fun way to discover new dishes by getting vegetables you've sometimes never even heard of. Also, they're on a great mission to eliminate food waste.

Timely deliveries and lots of info about the produce! The few issues I have experienced have been handle with great customer service and the grim team is very proactive communicating any changes in delivery or box content!

Never in my life have I so unabashedly loved a company.
