Unfortunately I have to give them a one star just to be able to write this review. Their ad kept coming up on my Instagram feed so naively ordered from them. I so wish I had googled their name first then I would have seen their awful reviews and never ordered from them
I ordered two make up bags from them back in early July. Of course they never arrived and when chased was advised by Eunice that they were lost in transit. I have been constantly emailing them to chase for a refund. I did receive a couple of replies advising that refund would be chased but nothing has materialised . I am looking to take this further with instagram but seem to be hitting a brick wall. It鈥檚 so wrong that this company is fraudently allowed to accept monies from customers. Any help to retrieve refund would be most welcome. Avoid Greys Goodies at all costs!!!!

OVER 2 MONTHS LATER…
THEY STOLE MY MONEY, NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION IF SENDING THS PRODUCT. ASSURED ME ID RECEIVE MY REFUND THIS WEEK AND OF COURSE I HAVEN'T!!! THEYRE A SCAM! HOW DO I GENUINELY TAKE THUS FURTHER SO NO ONE ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH THE SAME S**T????

I emailed them, filled out their online query form numerous times. They never get back to you and the email address just bounces back! They couldn鈥檛 run a p**s up in a brewery this lot 馃槀

I wish I鈥檇 read reviews before buying from this company. I purchased an item early March this year and chased it up in June and was told it was lost in transit, so I was offered another or a refund. I chose refund and have been chasing this up ever since. I keep being told it should reach my account in 10-12 days but I鈥檝e had nothing! Tried following it up a few times and still no response! Stay away from company!! Awful!!

I had the same experience as Eunika and many others by the looks of it. I ordered the callus/skin remover, which took over a month to arrive. It then only worked twice, before becoming faulty and so now I'm left with a product that i've spent 拢17 odd pounds on that is just sitting in my flat, not functioning.
Nico at Grey Goodies customer service sent me an email with apologies and asked me to send them a video of the product not working as an example, which i did immediately. He then replied and said he'd get back to me shortly with a solution to the issue. This was on July 12th, I've since sent them around 7 emails chasing up on the problem, only to see that today (August 19th) that they've blocked my email.
Just seems shocking that they clearly know they're selling dodgy products and a subsequently just blocking any customers that are getting back in touch, especially with proof of the products not working as they should.
Surely, this sort of business model has a limited shelf life and seems entirely pointless and wrong.
They are a bunch of cowboys and are scamming plenty of people and should therefore be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a dead skin remover during lockdown. Grey Goodies customer service has sent me an email with apologies that the callum remover won't be sent because it hasn't passed the quality check. I accepted this and was waiting a full refund as they presented these details. After two days I received another email that the callum remover has actually passed the right quality standards and I wil receive it in few days time. The callum remover arrived and it was baaaaad. I couldn't secure the cap on it and I emailed them to ask for permission to start it and send it back if it doesn't work. I have turned it on and it worked for one time. I tried to put it on charge but no chance. I sent them another email explaining that I want my money back (拢10.99 + pp). I noticed just after I sent the email that they blocked my email!!! It says invalid , even when using the same one they have replied to. I tried to send another message through their website, but it redirects me to the mail with the same address as before!!!
The main reason would go for a -1 review, but that's not possible. Not that I lost my money and I got a not working product to stick with, but now I can't even sort it because they banned me from sending them emails!!! Such a shame, never again if there is anything chinese and bad it will be grey goodies worth! And they state they have a quality check department…. right….
I am curious if anybody will actually look into this, as the emails provided are the same email that has banned mine from sending any to them

Sent me goodies that were faulty. They said they would refund money. That was 2 months ago. I have since massaged them regularly and get no response. Do not waste your money with this company

These people are scammers – do not trust. Ordered an item in April and never received, they claim they have removed the item from sale as it was faulty and would re-imberse but they have tried every trick in the book to avoid giving my money back.

Item ordered in June. Emailed asking about my order status. They responded saying there had been difficulties with supplier. I was willing to wait. I have now emailed to as for an update. Email bouncing back. They have such down all their social media and I can no longer long into my account. Stay clear. I am unable to get my money back.

I ordered a light in February, it didn't arrive I chased them and got a reply in April saying they had a fire and with Covid-19 they were struggling to get orders fulfilled and did I still want it. After replying I heard nothing, tried emailing again and email bounced back will now try getting my money back via PayPal. DO NOT buy anything from this company they are scammers.

The same as the others- ordered item, it never came, I wrote asking – they said it is coming soon, then they wrote to say the item is no longer any good so they are going to refund the money owed. This has never been paid to me, and now the email address is no longer available – do not use them for anything… Ever.

Ordered from them in June. They sent an email shortly after saying it had been dispatched and took the payment. Product still hasn鈥檛 arrived, tried going on their website but it seems like the company doesn鈥檛 exist anymore??

Ordered a product from these people beginning of July and payment was taken from my account. They told me much later that the product was unavailable and that they would look into refunding me, but after many emails to them as to where my refund was i have heard nothing from them. Please don't deal with these extremely dishonest group of people.
