Ordered 4 pairs of glasses and received them within the week. For the money I can't believe how good they look.

I ordered and paid for glasses about 3.5 weeks ago. Email disappeared unanswered. Try to call them and you will hear that the call is recorded and then "the number is not recognized".

Seems that they are not conducting business anymore but still happy to receive your money.

I want my money back!

I ordered glasses over a week ago and specified on the website that I wanted frame only. Despite this, they sent an email saying that you will send the glasses once i email you my prescription. I reiterated that I wanted frame only, as stated in my order and if you can confirm when I can expect to receive them. It's been over a week and I haven't had a reply to the email, I've left a voicemail message and want a refund

I tried to resist glasses for ages but finally to no avail. After working on a computer for upwards to 10 hours per day, I suffered considerable eyestrain though oddly enough without headaches. Upon having my eyes checked, I was informed a pair of non prescribed reading and computer glasses would solve my issue. After contacting Susan at Gregory Pek, I was seriously impressed by her attention to detail in the e-mail correspondence. The glasses arrived in time for me to commence a work/holiday writer's conference in Cornwall. I've been told more than once by colleagues that the academic retro look of the John Lennon round lens make me look smashingly distinctive. I though glass will be 50% thinner but is only 38% for 85 punds plus 5 for postal cost is not bad i didnt wont pay in city centre shop i dont tell name 170 pounds for 50% too expensive, 38 % is thin anyway price is normal so 4 stars

Fast delivery

I ordered reading glasses as my new varifocals were useless for that purpose. Using the new reading glasses I soon found (by rotating the glasses) that my right cylindrical lens axis was wrong. Not a problem with the glasses – the prescription was wrong.

It was worth placing the order just to find the problem. I shall use this service again – initially to get the correct reading glasses.

Having been needing a new pair of glasses for some time I had been putting buying a pair off for two main reasons, the cost and the hassle. Gregory Pex removed both of these problems for me. this company couldn't have done more to help when I contacted them with a problem. The spectacles were exactly as ordered and fitted perfectly. I would highly recommend them if you have a prescription from your optician. There are plenty of frames on offer in a great price range. I couldn't fault their customer service and am completely happy with product.

I can honestly say I'm really chuffed with my specs from Gregory Spex and will be buying from them again. I stumbled upon their website when searching for a specific designer. Added my chosen specs to the basket and BAZINGA! I was told to pick another pair free, so got another beautiful pair. After paying for my order I added my prescription and that was that – easy! I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and received my specs on Friday morning – brilliant!
