In April, 2011 I purchased online a painting from Olsen Gallery and the amount was taken from my bank account. I waited and did not hear back from them regarding my order. I sent numerous emails and left voice mails. I received an email that stated "computer problems" and another "oh, you will receive it by Monday". It is now July and I have not received my order or a refund. The BBB was contacted and they did not receive a response from olsen gallery. They took my money and did not send my order!

I ordered a painting in August 2010 and it is now Feb 2011. I haven't received a thing except 1 phone call with excuses and promises. My emails are returned undeliverable. I feel that I have been scammed out of my money.
