BUYER BEWARE this CHINESE company is a total scam!! The website for all intents and purposes looks like a reputable NZ website. I ordered a pair of I love Billy flats and received some stupid plastic chinese rubbish shoes. Between 20 April 2018 and 30 May 2018 I sent 37 emails to "Amy" who started off offering me 15% refund and to go and buy another pair of shoes for a big discount (Yeah OK, silly I am, stupid I am not), she finally ended up offering me 30% refund, NUH. I reported it to the Ministry of Commerce People鈥檚 Republic of China, my bank, and even contacted Munro Corp who own the I love Billy brand. Munro Corp had already had this website on their radar because they had received numerous complaints about them. My bank reversed the $70 odd from their account back into mine 🙂 THANK YOU BOQ!!!!
The email address I have is service . amylee @ gmail . com (take out the spaces) go and hassel her, not that she gives a rats, she has got your money and there is no way she is giving it back!!! Ladies keep copies all your communication with them and then approach your bank, mine came through for me 🙂 Good Luck!!

Totally ridiculous And a total scam they are not legitimate at all and you will not receive what you paid for. Not a New Zealand company all items and communication come from china

Do not buy from this site. It is a total scam. This is a Chinese site not NZ. They took my money and sent me a cheap pair of Chinese rubbish nothing like what I ordered. They won鈥檛 respond to my emails or refund my money.

This company is a scam! They claim they have these shoes in stock and then send you a cheap, knock-off version (which ships from China) refusing to follow their refund/exchange policy when you inquire about it. It鈥檚 criminal. Don鈥檛 buy from them!

Unfortunately I found these reviews after I completed my order with Greenusg, their delivery arrived today after 9 working days, (that鈥檚 acceptable) but like so many people have experienced I received cheap knockoffs, nothing like the shoes I ordered. Will see how I go getting my $280 back. They must be making a fortune with this SCAM

I have never had such a bad experience as i have with this so called company. They sent some shoddy cheap boots instead of what i ordered, Further more they have not responded to my emails so im out of pocket by over $250!'I am appalled.
I am not finished with them yet!

Do not buy from this site, very bad customer service, wrong items sent and they do not honour their returns policy.

They don't send what you order, rip off site.
