Eric from this company called Samuel my husband asking if he could offer a settlement plan on his account. We asked him if it was for both of our accounts or just one. He replied yes 鈥淚t is for both accounts鈥?on three occasions on a recorded line. We agreed on a $800.00 settlement. We made 2 payments on the account only to later receive another call the next week saying that they didn鈥檛 know anything about the settlement on both accounts. They told us that Eric the employee misunderstood the agreement so they are not going to honor the settlement.
