DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT take your car or truck here for any service. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in any industry. My truck blew the motor, I have an extended warranty who asked for the motor to torn down to the point of failure (there is a 4 inch hole in the bottom of my motor). I have been going back and forth with the warranty company and Ford to get something done. My truck has been there for 48 days now and all they have done is remove the cab of the truck to get to the motor and pulled the valve cover, WHICH SHOWS NOTHING. The hole is in the bottom of the motor not the top. So since Ford refused to follow the initial instructions the warranty company has denied the claim. Now I have called back to ask them again to tear down the motor to the point of failure and was told by David Anderson (unfortunately the manager) that I would be required to put down a $3,000 deposit just to diagnose the motor. They may be okay for regular service but you would be much better served taking your vehicle to a better location for a major repair or something more than the normal service.
