What I can say is that Wayfair and U. S. Appliance were both cheaper than Greentoe, my specific reason to try to use this company was that I wanted to use an interest-free line of credit.
They did not save me money and they did waste my time. Perhaps they are less expensive on some items, but in this case, I would give them a big fat "F".

Not quite believing in the hype at the time, I threw out a massive underbid for $400 and quickly received a counter offer for $450. For those of you who don't feel like doing the math, that's 25% off before you consider $450 was their total offer鈥?including tax. In total, I saved no less than 30% even when considering the lowest possible price available anywhere online.
Despite necessarily vague information about shipping, my order took only 3 days to arrive after my payment was accepted, and the soundbar arrived in perfect condition with zero issues.
When it comes down to it, Greentoe has the absolute best deals you can find, and every retailer is officially manufacturer-authorized. Don't miss out; use it!

The retailer proceeded to get the lens shipped out quite promptly and I received it about 3 business days later! The lens arrived in perfect condition, box and everything, could not be more satisfied with how the transaction unfolded. Looking through other reviews, it seems like maybe buying large appliances is a little more cumbersome of a process, but for photo needs, Greentoe was awesome!
,
Was there even a vendor to begin with? Did Greentoe not foresee enough commission to honor this purchase?
Please stop wasting peoples time on bait and switch schemes. Your site would have been alot more honorable if you would have just rejected my offer to begin with.

So, after detailing all these facts to the customer service agent, she rudely kept cutting me off with again, the runaround, like a script, with no actual answer to my question or statements to back anything up. So I tell her about my situation in full and explain that if I cancel now, will I get my full refund. She says yes, but in 5-7 days. I'm not even sure to believe I will get anything back and scared to take that risk but also, my order is in the air and nothing be done. This is crazy. No communication, updates, nothing. I don't know what to do next.
Buyers beware, because this is not simple or smooth transaction process. I will never ever do this again and I will tell anyone to NOT do this! Extremely bad experience so far.

I followed Jamie Pezzola鈥檚 instructions and placed four individual offers on the 65鈥?B9PUA for $1,700 on 5/23. I received counter offers at $1,749 and accepted them on 5/23. I had to give a work e-mail on 5/23 for the order to process, which I did, and then I was charged $6,996 for the 4 TVs. On 5/25 Michael e-mailed me asking if I meant to put get 4 TVs, which I immediately confirmed that I did. He responded saying he would process it. I received information on who would be sending them. I checked the retailer鈥檚 website and they indicated they had 15 TVs still in stock (as the 2020 model had just come out). One order was 鈥渟hipped鈥?on 5/26 while the other 3 remained 鈥減rocessing.鈥?On 5/29 FedEx delivered one of the TVs. I noted Greentoe鈥檚 site states it can take 10 business days for items to be delivered, so I waited. On 5/31 the orders became 鈥淧ending Shipment鈥? While waiting, I aw their retailer and almost every other authorized retailer goes out of stock for the 65B9PUA. On 6/5 I contacted Greentoe about the 3 pending shipment and received no response.
On 6/9 I contacted Greentoe about the 3 still being 鈥淧ending Shipment.鈥?Jennifer responded on 6/9 stating:
鈥淚'm very sorry about this and i'm honestly not sure what's going on with the other 3 orders. I'm checking on this right now and will get back to you asap.
I do see that they might be sold out of the b9 but you got the orders in time so i'm really not sure. If they did sell out, is there any chance you'd be interested in the c9 instead for $2099 each (or something around there). Either way, i'm finding out right now and will get back to you asap!鈥?br />
On 6/11 I asked for a follow-up, as I noted 1 of the last authorized retailers had 3 TVs still in stock, but I didn鈥檛 want to buy them AND still get the 3 from Greentoe.
Jennifer responded on 6/11 evening with:
"Hi Michael,
I'm so very sorry about this. Something went wrong here and they never entered your orders for the other 3 tv's, then I'm so very sorry. I just checked and they don't have anymore b9's in stock. That's why they never entered them, I think they ran out of stock by the time they realized. I'm so sorry about this. It's never happened before.
I can get you the LG 65c9p for $2099 each instead if you'd like. Or is there some other model you'd like instead? If not, I'll get you refunded right away.
Let me know what you'd like to do and again i'm very sorry for the mixup.鈥?br />
Then on 6/12 morning with
"Hi Michael,
I just wanted to follow up with you and see if you had time to review my last email and decided on what we should do. I can refund you or we can charge you the difference and ship out the c9 instead.
Let me know.
Thank You,
Jennifer"
I asked her if Greentoe鈥檚 apology for only delivering me 1 TV I paid for was really to offer me the C9 at $2099 when a month earlier on 5/11 I declined it at $1949. She responded saying
鈥淗i Michael,
Again i'm so sorry for this mixup. It should not have happened and I know the price on the c9 is high, the 2019 models are all more expensive right now (actually the b9 and e9 are sold out).鈥?br />
I asked for a refund of my money on 6/12. On 6/16 I still hadn鈥檛 been refunded for the 3 TVs that were never delivered, I inquired about this and she responded that she had just processed the refund, which I did eventually receive.
In short – I was very disappointed in Greentoe鈥檚 customer service and response time. It resulted in me getting only 1 of the 4 TVs I was charged for. While I did eventually get refunded for 3 of the TVs, by the time Greentoe admitted they messed up, other retailers had gone out of stock. And other than stating 鈥淚鈥檓 sorry鈥?the only apology they offered me was to sell me a model up for $150 more than they had originally offered it.

Issues:
1. Had selected in-house drop but the people who came to deliver said only curbside was covered, reached out to GreenToe and they happily blamed it on the seller, initiated communication and no response till date.
2. In a weeks time, the price fell down by $180 (thanks to Labor Day), reached out again asking for a price match. Again GreenToe played "We just felicitate" card and passed the buck to the seller, even seller was selling it for $180 less but no response.
I dont like companies who do not stand by their services, i will probably pay more but not buy from GreenToe again!
