No answering any emails

My package is stuck in 1 spot for 2 months now and they aren't answering any emails.

Greenstylez.com uses false advertising. My 14 year old daughter thought she was buying a Zumiez sweatshirt. It uses the EXACT pictures from Zumiez website, and tricks the consumers to believe that what they are purchasing is legit. Then the product arrives and the merchandise is nowhere close to being a fleece hoodie of Zumiez quality, but more of a t-shirt thin hoodie with oversized neon yellow font and shoe string ties. The product comparison from website to product received. The product received is paper thin 100% cotton and is not the hoodie fabric shown in the picture which is according to their website 65% cotton 35% polyester and extremely soft to the touch. Under the "company" return policy it states that consumers may contact customer service with photos of the merchandise and explanation of complaint (i.e. is flawed, the quality is poor or if the item is not the same as the item as described on the website) and someone will either approve and send a replacement/or refund or deny the request. I contacted customer service and told them that the hoodie was not as described and poor in quality and I wanted a refund and heard back within 24 hours that the hoodie was as described and I was not getting a refund. Hard lesson learned for a 14 year old who wanted a Zumiez fleece hoodie.

Package going no where

I ordered form there 3 months ago and my package has been circling the same 3 states over and over. I have emailed them 3 times now and they haven't answered me. Don't waste your money and this terrible site.

Not giving refund when website said they would

I ordered a sweatshirt from this website and when it came it was not what I was expecting, it was REALLY off center, probably about 1:4 to 3:4 toward the right side instead of the picture that was half half, I went over their return policy and it said that they would provide a refund in a case like this but when I emailed them they said that it was my fault and that they won't give me a refund and after that stopped responding to my emails.
