Ordered some Mens Skora Tempo running shoes, and got some very poor knock-off "Nike" Womens shoes.
No answer from customer service and only discovered after the shoes arrived that they are based in China.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE… IT IS A SCAM!!!

Ordered Keen Arroyo shoe from what I thought was a UK company, but after ordering and agreeing payment found it was a front for a Chinese company, and the price agreed would alter depending on the dollar to pound, a 4% cancellation fee applies in retrospect I wish I had done it and lost the cash, better than losing all of it.
I was later charged 拢4.51 more than original agreement!
Their delivery promise is 5-7 days, do not believe it, weeks past then when they did arrive I received a pair of Dr Martens sandals.
Greenshoesshop NEVER replies to messages on their website there is no phone number and the only email address is for certificate problems which is returned as not deliverable.
Their is a Chinese email address who EVENTUALLY answer but then ask for info. which I sent then got another email from another company asking for the same, again I gave it, then nothing, emailed both photos. of the correct shoe and what they had sent sandals, nothing days later got an email from the 2nd company asking again for the already provided info.
All I have asked for is my money back and that they pickup the wrong sandals, their conditions state sending them back to China at my cost and a 20% restockage fee, cost more than the shoes are worth and would they ever give me the balance?
I will never buy from this company again, orderd 8/9/16 now 5/10/16 no further forward.

Still trying to get my money back after numerous emails they eventually offered me 15% return if i kept the totally unsuitable cheap sandal type "things", today upped to 20%. would I ever get the money?
This is despite admitting that they had sent the wrong item.
It is in the hands of my credit card dispute department, thank goodness I paid this way, I might eventually get my money refunded.

Got wrong shoes ordered 5 Aug 2016
I ordered a pair of shoes, got the wrong shoes. I have e-mail the company on two different e-mailadresses and I got replies after I sent several e-mails. They did not want me to return the wrong shoes to HongKong where this company is eventhough they says uk in the homepage adress, but wanted to give me a refund. I said no but after several e-mails back and forth when they refused to take back the shoes I agreed after that to a 20% refund on the 30 Aug 2016 I got a replie "We will refund the money and return it to your account as soon as possible" I have not seen a refund yet and it is the 23 Sep today. Because they are outside the EU it seems that its impossible too complain to European Consumer Centre Network
