Good site! Nothing to do with vendor reliability, so why not excellent? It would impair something that's not good with this site.
By the way, this field should only be active and of any importance if one can speak of a vendor, which for many sites this is not applicable.
An other way could be to be in the opportunity to state that this rating is not applicable, in stead of nothing else to have than rate a site to be excellent in vendor reliability if this is not applicable!
