Ever since we started these services from GreenPal, Our lawn has been healthy and green throughout the year. I actually took the time to view the service tech's performance on my security cameras and was so happy to see he was very thorough. This explains why my lawn looks so good. So glad they have such professional staff. Thank you GreenPal!

My lawn is beautiful even though we just hit spring. Our technician, Mark, always looks at it as he is working and makes recommendations regarding issues he sees with the lawn. He lets me know what he is applying when he will be back, and what he will be doing at that time. Last year the fruit on our trees was amazing. I believe that is thanks to the care and attention given to them by Mark.

The service provided was as scheduled. Promptness and courtesy at all times by the technician. We've been using GreenPal since June of 2015 and are very satisfied with the results. I would recommend using this service to all my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done.

He turned on my sprinkler system. He found a leaking pipe in the front yard and had to remove the grass and fix the pipe, which took him awhile but he got it done! He was a very pleasant man. He even flagged the broken pipe area so your mowers, who come on Thursday, will know where the "fix" is. Thanks!

Great customer service, they know how to take care of their clients. The best in their business. Totally recommend.

They are attentive, fair, and understanding. I've had a few minor issues just this season for the first time in 3yrs, However, they are doing their best to make up for them. I appreciate their concern about how my lawn looks, and I've always had the best looking lawn on the block. It's always green and thick.

I see a vast improvement in my lawn this year. Have used them in the past at another house so I expected nothing less. Highly recommend! Great communication and friendly service people. Too old to take care of my lawn myself anymore so they lift a huge burden off my shoulders.

Scheduled lawn service, the company pushed service date out 3 times to almost a week after scheduled. I asked when they would be out and they said they already mowed which they hadn't. I canceled. Hired new company from site for today and they didn't show. Finally got text from them that they dont work on sundays and not sure why the site allowed for scheduled date and they cant come to mow for 3 days. I have tried since the 3rd. To get appointment. THIS SITE IS A JOKE!

Greenpal double booked me with two different landscape contractors for the same yard. Each landscape contractor claims the other phone did not cut the grass. I was charged by both. Looked for a phone number to call to remedy the issue and there is n o customer support via phone for these sort of issues. Also the contractors do not take good photos to provide to good proof. Greenpal poor customer service and only remedy is to delete your account makes it a challenge to keep using.

I am s single woman who is away from home quite a bit. I contracted with GreenPal and was assigned a contractor. He came and mowed, all was good… then he started cancelling or not showing to the point code enforcement came more than once while I was out of town. I am very fortunate that I did not get fined. He told me he could have cited me at least 5 times. I contacted the gentleman trying to provide every opportunity for success, he indicated he knew he had got over his head but he would like to continue (I gave him more than one out) I tried to tip him, communicate with him anything to incentivize hime to show. The last straw was code enforcement knocking at my door yet again, as he canceled my appointment for the next day. I contacted him yet again and he said he was canceling everyone. Not sure if it is true, but the frustrating thing is GreenPal limits how many times you can change vendors? So if you are unhappy, you only get a second try and there is no way that I could find to actually communicate with a person outside of your mower. I have not interest in being restricted by bad service. If you have more than 2 vendors, it limits you. Clearly they do not want business. I have had one vendor in about 4-5 months and my account says I can only try one more this year. Not sure this model is effective. Some people do like it and I am glad it works for them, but it did not work for me… oh, additionally they penalize you if the grass is too tall, but it is tall because the mower did not show up when agreed upon, again, not my fault. My mower did not charge extra but if I switch it indicates I will get a surcharge. I ordered a mower, I will do it for myself, not worth the hassle and lack of dependability. They should vet and review their contractors for satisfaction and cut them off if too many complaints. Very one sided that I have found.

Don't use this service if you're the homeowner, it's set up to favor the lawn professional not us. First, you only get 2 rounds of bids. This would be sufficient if the vendors that bid for your business are reliable. But my first lawn guy showed up 2 days late and charged me a surcharge when he arrived because my back yard was along a pond. I didn't think that was fair but it was too late to find a replacement so I paid it. He ended up cancelling my future visits last minute. Greenpal owner says it's not their problem. Similar happened to next vendor. So both of them cancelled last minute and put me in a bind but now I'm out of bids to replace them yet these guys keep cutting lawns on Green pal. Not fair to us, Greenpal doesn't care about homeowners only about getting the fee they charge these lawn guys for using their site to take advantage of homeowners. Let me know when you have accountability and put rules in place to protect homeowners, Greenpal. NO THANKS.

"Sarah Bradley" is their only customer service rep. You cannot speak to her in person. She only replies to emails with the same copy/paste instructions to delete your account – instructions that do not work. When you reply that the instructions to delete do not actually work, she replies with the same copy/paste message. Then she stops replying. Greenpal keeps your credit card number and automatically books lawn services that you did not agree to. They charge your card without approval. I had the charges reversed with my bank. But be warned, Greenpal is a scam service.

On 8/11/2020 I had my grass cut by All around cutz. Though they did a good cut job. They DID NOT do a good job cleaning up. They left nuddy tire marks from their ride all over my front sidewalk and driveway as well as debris from cutting. I reached out to all around cutz and did not hear back. A day goes by so I reached out again to which all I got was excuses and not ONE apology. I was told that they didn't want to blow the cut grass and dirt into the street because it would look messy. I replied with "so leaving it in from of my house is ok though?" I also stated to them they could have blown it back onto the lawn as they did in the back yard. They are extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

GreenPal is a great way for people to build up their business especially in hard times like this pandemic. yeah, the pay isn't as great as doing your own quotes but it puts you out there so others can see your work . in my first 2 weeks, I gained 4 of my own clients that came up to me wanting their property maintained.

The dude canceled because he stated he was concerned about fraud because greenpal has not paid him. I told him I would pay cash If he came and he said he was on his way to Georgia to cut trees.

I was deceived. I called HomeAdvisor for the service. Now I have service with greenpal who I never signed with. How did greenpal get my personal information?

I purchase my lawn service annually, paid ahead, and save 10%, additionally what I like: call first, do the service when scheduled, lastly leave you a description of service rendered and leave helpful suggestions. If I need service, just call and they will come right out and take care of that, I.e. sod webworms spray.

He show's up weekly as scheduled he is very polite, my lawn always looks really nice when he is done, and his pricing is very fair. Just waiting on the mulching to be done.

He came right on time and called to let me know he was on his way. I liked the fact that I could speak with him and let him know what I wanted. He did a great job! I was also able to ask him questions about my lawn and about setting plants for me this spring . He was very helpful. I look forward to Have Douglas ( I believe that was his name) continue my lawn service.this summer.

Always good service, professional installation and excellent communication of services rendered. The technician is always aware of the neighbors with respect to weather conditions and wind conditions. The GreenPal app does a good job of communication for days and times of application.

Great service!!! My lawn and trees look great!!! My grass has never been so thick and green. I love the service even though sometimes there are too many weeds intertwined with the grass. I have had many comments about how nice my lawn looks not only from relatives but from neighbors too. I love it.
