Fast and efficient service is the norm, with good quality products. However, my latest order had a problem with delivery: all I received was the delivery note. As far as I know no one knows what happened to the parcel. When I took this up with the company they were extremely helpful and replaced the missing items. The problem was sorted very quickly and amicably. I would highly recommend Greenhouse Sensation.

Placed an order with this company on 21January and there are still parts outstanding. Every time I contact them I am told it will be sorted only to find that nothing happens or I am sent the wrong part. I was promised on Friday 14 th Feb that I would receive the correct part today, I have received a delivery only to find that it is again the wrong part.Due to this experience I will be very reluctant to order anything else and would advise other prospective customers to be very wary.

Large Vitapod was delivered in around a week, it was extremely well packaged but 1 of the 2 light units was faulty, contacted Charlotte who immediately replaced the light unit. All now works perfectly. I would recommend the company.
