They took my money, I asked what was going on with my inquiry and I got no response. Do not give these people your money you will be ripped off. They contacted me multiple times and once I finally tried to do business with them I haven't gotten anything since, says it takes 3-5 business days for you music to be posted or sent out, I contacted them on the 4th day asking about my inquiry. They never responded.

I had a great experience with this site, I've tried others but they lie about having hundreds of thousands of DJs, even though only a couple hundred DJs hit me up it still benefits my project and I'm looking forward to doing more business with Eve and greenhitz

So after seeing this company around for awhile, I decided to grab one of there smallest promo packages to give them a try at pushing our new single to djs (I was going to get a bigger one but decided to play it safe the first time). After I had made the purchase, I was immediately contacted by a random number that I have no idea how they got mine, but I was told by a so called customer service rep that "you know there is no promotion involved in that package right?" Which was news to me considering it was called a "Record Pool Entry + Twitter Blast" then after I had questioned it and asked about a refund I was told I couldn't get one. So when I asked to see a refund policy I got no answer and I had to go and search it for myself. I went to the receipt I had received via email and read in there that I could however get a full refund. I ended up messaging this to the so called "customer service rep" and attached a photo where it states I am entitled to a full refund and he replied with an "Ok, I will submit a ticket for you." Which was later followed up by "Try not to be so cheap when it comes to pushing your music." Not only did I find this rude and disrespectful but when I asked to have his manager's contact information he sent me this number 2124797990 which is a fake number that leads you to the "New York City Rejection Line." This is THE worst customer service and have NEVER been this mistreated from a company I had spent money with in my life. I want to warn every upcoming artist to NEVER use this site and invest your hard earned money into their email blasts! If anyone would like to see a FULL screen shot of the message feel free to contact me on social media.
